Surrounded by beautiful beaches and warm Florida weather,this condo was completely refurbished from ceiling to floors into a beach cottage look and feel. A complete new kitchen with all the amenities, new appliances, laminate floors There are ceiling fans in every room, including the lanai, where you can sit and enjoy the ambiance of being at the beach. It has all new furnishings, a walk-in shower, A/C and water heater.
This condo is located on the first floor of a 14 unit complex across the street from beautiful Crescent Beach, which has been named as one of the top beaches of the world. 2 miles north is the famous Siesta Key Beach and 2 miles south is the lovely Turtle Beach.
So, if you just want to go and walk on the beautifully soft white sand of Creseant beach or a short stroll to shops and local resturants, this is the place to be.

This was our second time renting from Jack and Debbie. Once again everything was perfect! Coffee ready to go upon arrival. Cold soda/water in the frig and a very tasty almond coffeecake freshly baked to have a little bite to eat after arriving from our flight. CLEAN doesnt describe this place it SHINES! Thanks Debbie for making it feel like home. Highly recommend thios place to anyone. We enjoyed our 28th anniversary there last year and this year our 29th. We will be back and pray the oil stays away from Siesta Key. It is the most wonderful beach in Florida. So many things to do and see, great places to eat and just kickback and unwind from the day to day work routine. Convienient to be able to walk for coffee, 7-11,pizza, ice cream, seafood at Captain Curts. Souvenier shops, drugstore and more. All only a few minutes away to walk. Most importantly close to the beautiful sand Beach of Siesta Key and Point of rocks. We will be back! Again Thanks for Everything!! Ken and Lori ........... Wisconsinites!
