Very close to restaurants, beach (2 minute walk to Palm Beach, 5 mins to Croisette beach) and yacht harbour. 10 minute walk from Palais de Fesitvals (lovely walk down the Croisette!) 400 yards from one of the best Patisseries in Cannes (for your morning croissant and baguette)!
