Sleeps 4 in 2 rooms. Large (3 seater) Habitat Iron Sprung Sofabed in lounge - converts to full-sized excellent double bed. Brand new fitted kitchen. All amenities (include coffee machine and microwave/grill), new large flat screen TV, DVD, France Telecom Broadband "livebox" (with free Wifi and Ethernet broadband access). Garage (accessible via remote bleeper) with lockable private garage within secure underground car park.

Very close to restaurants, beach (2 minute walk to Palm Beach) and yacht harbour. 10 minute walk from Palais de Fesitvals (lovely walk down the Croisette!) 400 yards from one of the best Patisseries in Cannes (for your morning croissant and baguette)!
