Thanks Marshall for helping us arrange such a beautiful family vacation. Your home was perfect for us, beautifully furnished, very clean and full of family warmth. The information you left us made it very easy to find all sorts of exciting things to do on Hilton Head and neighnoring areas. Again thank you for all your help and will be back. Sincerely, The Poler's

My family rented this beautiful house for a week of relaxation in Hilton Head. As other reviewers have stated, Marshall was an amazing host, making sure our entire stay was perfect. The house is great for any size family with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The living area is open to the kitchen allowing the entire family to be together and share wonderful mornings and evenings. We were just a 2 minute walk to the beach and the house sits on a stretch of the beach where there is few people. You can also walk to Sea Pines Beach Club for lunch and drinks at sunset. We took advantage of the bikes and rode everyday all over Sea Pines- South Beach, Harbour Town and our favorite Lawton Stables to feed the horses. The pool was private and like a beautiful lagoon surrounded by trees. The only problem we had is noone wanted to leave our perfect paradise. We can not wait to visit again and there is no doubt we will be making this house our family tradition year after year. Thank you Marshall and VRBO for helping us find our perfect paradise.

This house was absolutely perfect for our party of 13 - from grandparents down to grandkids! Everything about it was wonderful - the split-level setup of the house worked out very well for each small family, the proximity to the beach was great, the pool a perfect size, the amenities, and the attentiveness of Marshall, the homeowner, from the time that we booked the house until the day we left, was much appreciated. I'll also point out that the family room / den area is perfect for large families, especially those with young kids. In one portion you have the TV with couches, and the other portion is a PERFECT place to set up shop with toys for the little ones. A nice little "play area", where the 4 grandkids had a ball. Make sure you eat at Red Fish!!!!

The stay was great. The home is wonderful. Lots of space and very clean. The hosts were attentive and accomodating. Wonderful place to visit. Even if we had never left the house we would have had a good time to remember, but you must see the beach. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The local eateries and shops just a bike ride away. We loved our stay at this house and would recommend it!

This house 100% lived up to the description in the listing. A beautifully decorated, fully equipped, clean and well maintained home. You will NOT be disappointed. More than enough living space to accommodate the 10-14 people it can sleep. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The home is stocked for all you vacation needs, bikes, beach chairs, beach carts and a game closet with all the board games you’ll need. The kitchen is huge; plenty of work space, and fully stocked with every cooking gadget you’ll ever need. There is a gas grill on the deck, right off the kitchen. The owner, Marshall, is very gracious, calling on our arrival to ensure everything is to our liking and arranging for a “welcome to our home” bottle of wine waiting there for us. I highly recommend this home and we would definitely come back.

My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for years, and this has been the most comfortable, spacious and well-equipped property we have rented. We are relaxed beach vacationers, and like space for people to come and go as they please, which this home really allows for. We enjoyed the close beach proximity for sunning, running and reading, as well as many quick daily bike rides around the sights of Sea Pines. We cooked many more meals in than we had in the past, thanks to a large, homey kitchen and large dining tables for indoor, outdoor (two options -- back deck and the sunroom!) dining. Marshall was so easy to work with - and helped ensure we had a great stay. We are eager to return!

This house was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. It is close to the beach and had "extras" such as bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella so we did not have to bring our own. We hung out every night on the screened in porch. The home was well maintained and in a good location in Sea Pines. Marshall was wonderful and attentive. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Great beach home with very nice furnishings. Clean, decor is up to date. Very well equipped kitchen which is a rarity among rental properties. Location is quiet and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Marshall, the owner, couldn't be easier to work with. We will probably rent this home next year!

This lovely home was the perfect setting for our family vacation The beautiful Sea Pines Beach was just minutes away and everything needed for a day at the beach was provided by the owner. The house, which was acurately described by the owner, was spacious, clean and well maintained. The owner took personal pride and called us to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would certainly recommend this property..

Our family of 12, including three grandbabies, had an wonderfully delightful time in our attractive vacation rental. The exterior picture of the house does not do it justice, as lush landscaping, including a gorgeous Magnolia, have been added to the front yard. The remainder of the home is as depicted: colorful, attractive, comfortable, spacious, accommodating, clean, and centrally located (a short walk to the beach and easy bike ride to Harbortown and South Beach)! The open floor plan was conducive to three generation family time together, with sufficient space and privacy in the five bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms). Our 6 am run and bike ride on the beach was most memorable and just a few steps from the front door. My two year old grandson loved the kitty cart we rented which his dad pulled through bike peddle action on the beuatiful beach and bike paths. The beach chair cart allowed for easy transport. Don't miss a breakfast at Stacks on Business Route 278. The best! And speaking of the best, thank you, to the gracious homeowners, who were genuinely attentive throughout the rental process and provided us with a great vacation home. You were most gracious and professional. Our only regret was that our stay was only a week's time. We hope to do something about that next year!

From the moment of contact for rental until the final e-mail upon arrival back home, the owners of this home were most accommodating and gracious. We even received a phone call upon arrival to make sure all was well with the house. The home is more than anyone could imagine in both its amenities provided (including chairs, umbrella and cart for the beach as well as bikes for adults and children) as well as the layout of the home ( I recommend heating the pool even in late May). Our family enjoyed the location of the home on the quiet cul-de-sac as well as the close proximity to the beach. The walk to the beach each day allowed for our three year old granddaughter to be our guide with her map created at dinner the evening before. The home is beautifully decoreated and well equipped especially the kitchen for any family activities. We hope to make this an annual place to visit for our family get togethers.

This property was beyond my expectations. The rooms were spotless, everything worked!! We enjoyed the pool , though small was very private and more than adequate. The beach was only a couple of minutes walk through beautiful forested walkways, and was very deep, the sand fine and white. The 3 level home was ideal for our family; the stairs, easy and carpeted; the family areas comfortable with small nooks and large open gathering spaces. The easy access to Savannah and Charleston were a big plus. We can't wait to go back!!

Thank you for sharing this lovely home! This was certainly a memorable vacation--the house was everything we could have asked for and more--well-equipped, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the heated pool. The beautiful beach was just steps away, and we took advantage of lots of great nearby restaurants and activities. I won't hesitate to return soon.

December 21 - 26, 2009 What a wonderful place to spend Christmas! Our family gathered from Charlotte, Winston-Salem & Fort Lauderdale, FL. We discovered that Hilton Head & this beautiful home are just as much fun in the winter as they are in summer. Weather was a mix of cold & rain, but we had 2 days when we could actually sit on the beach. The rest of the time was spent in the spacious family room where we played games put puzzles together & watched TV. The 5 bedrooms & 4 baths worked out perfectly for us. This was our second visit to Pyxie Lane and we hope to spent more time there in the future. Barry Biscombe Matthews, NC

We've stayed in many vacation properties over the years, and this home proved to be a gem. Every detail has been carefully planned. It is the most thoughtfully equipped/furnished we've experienced. Comfort and ease of living are built in. A GREAT resort vacation!

Hilton Head Island, what a great place to vacation. This house topped off the whole deal. What a clean, tasteful, beautiful home it is. The attention to detail of the property showed how much pride the owners had in their rental home and the location is unbeatable. Loved the pool, the screened in porch, and the back deck. There was always room to spread out and relax when we were not at the beach, exploring, dining out, or shopping. We will definitely be back.

Great TV in family room as well as in bedrooms. Nothing was lacking and the proximity to the beautiful beach and surrounding amenities was wonderful. Would love to stay there again!

We spent Easter weekend in this lovely home. My husband and I, our 2 daughters, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren had the most wonderful time. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. The home met all our needs and then some. The pool and landscaping were breathtaking. Everything was so clean and well kept. Thank you for a lovely time.

We were fortunate to stay at this fabulous property over Thanksgiving. What a treat! This beautiful, spacious home is wedged right between the beach and the links. We loved the wooded setting, the pool, the upscale kitchen, the beautiful furnishings and bed linens. The immediate neighborhood was charming, quiet, yet incredibly close to everything. We won't hesitate to return! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.
