These lovely two Bedroom condos with free internet, directly on the beach, are located on Okaloosa Island, which is between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. There are no high rises in sight, as nothing over 7 stories is allowed on Okaloosa. Because our units are in smaller buildings, and have plenty of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are never crowded, making it simply paradise! Many people say these are the most beautiful beaches they have ever seen. Television, surveys and magazines rate the Emerald Coast among the top ten beaches in the world for its beautifully colored waters and sand as white as snow.
In our "just remodeled" featured unit, you can relax on your private balcony, and watch the dolphins jumping less that 100 yards away, or choose one of our other units. Gulf front WATER RESORT, side unit, private balcony, bunk room, WiFi. YOU HAVE FOUND THE BEST BUILDING ON THE BEACH! This unit was all new in June 2009! This is the only property with this level of amenities large beach front, dune crossovers with 4 freshwater showers, 2 foot washing stations leading up to a spectacular split level courtyard with 3 pools and multiple decks- one offering a zero entry point, wading pool with built in water toys, play area for toddlers and children, barbecue gas grills, incredible LAY-Z River for floating in the sunshine while refreshing in the gently winding waterway, 2 hot tubs, courtyard pavilion and an astounding 10' waterfall reminiscent of a Caribbean rainforest oasis. A fully equipped subterranean on-site fitness center peaks through adjacent to the waterfall area, so you have a nice view of the Gulf while getting in the best shape of your life. Need to have a little party or meeting- try the convenient conference room complete with a small kitchen, tables, chairs and large screen television. Kids will love the game room accessible from the main lobby. Fudpuckers is on the pool deck serving all your favorite foods and libations. Covered parking protects your car from the hot Florida sun. Stately porte cochere entrance provides very nice curb appeal and easy access from Okaloosa Island's Santa Rosa Boulevard. Interior features include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 8' deep balconies, floor to ceiling glass doors, breakfast bars, and travertine-look porcelain tile in entry, hall and kitchen.
These units are so close to the ocean, that you can hear, feel, and smell the sea breeze while falling asleep with the windows open. They have fully equipped kitchens, and courtesy beach chairs and umbrella provided to make your stay more comfortable. Beach service is also available.
The large private balcony in ETW1000 provides spectacular views of the beach, while the access to the unit remains easy due to the unique design of this building, allowing a ground level entrance at parking lot level in the front of the unit. A beautiful heated pool, with grilling area is right out your door. At over 1,100 sqft, this is one of our roomiest units, and also has it's own washer/dryer inside the unit.
The Okaloosa Island fishing pier is only a mile walk down the beach, and can be seen from your balcony. The fishing boats leave Destin every morning and return home with huge catches that continue to make it "the luckiest fishing village in the world." The Gulf of Mexico offers fine bottom fishing, trolling and sport fishing, and many commercial boats operate year round with experienced captains. Charters are available for full and half day trips, as well as, extended trips. Everything from amberjack, grouper, snapper, king mackerel, cobia and bluefish to magnificent blue and white marlin and sailfish may be caught by the skilled fisherman.
Other types of fishing available are surf fishing, fishing from bridges and piers, casting swirling nets for mullet or going after blue crab with traps or nets. All may be done in the Fort Walton Beach area. Excellent freshwater fishing and canoeing are also available in North County on many scenic lakes.
The power-shoppers in the family will not be disappointed by this area's vast selection of malls and shopping areas. Take a day away from the sun and sand to experience a different breed of paradise amongst the trendy boutiques, factory outlets, specialty stores, and more.

The condo was nice and clean - exactly as described. The building is smaller, so not so many guest as the huge places, parking convenient and was very quiet during our stay. The first floor made it even more convenient to come and go - Plus - the beach access is right outside your door. The beaches are clean & beautiful, dolphins playing morning and evening. It's convenient also to all the attractions and restaurants Destin is only minutes away. We'll be sure to keep this address and hope that it's available for our next trip.

This write-up is misleading because the photos are of 4 different properties-not all are direct beachfront-not all are pet-friendly& rates will vary. So read the captions under each photo with the abbreviations for each property location and ASK QUESTIONS before booking!! Each location should have it's own individual listing and ID number to avoid disappointment and misunderstandings.Glad we noticed this BEFORE we booked!

We had a very relaxing week in your condo the week of October 10-17, 2009. The sunsets were spectacular. The beaches were like flour. We had some nice waves early in the week, and hot temperatures too. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the most memorable weekend getaway that my husband and I have shared in a long time. The resort is just amazing. The staff was friendly, the condo was just beautiful. We relaxed and just enjoyed being away from the craziness of our normal lives. Didnt want to have to come back to reality. Will definately be back soon. Thanks for some really great memories.

My family stayed in this condo the last week of April. We had wonderful weather, especially when it was raining the whole week at home. The condo was so bright and comfortable. The views were amazing. We really enjoyed sitting on the private balcony and listening to the waves at night. We really enjoyed the week and would love to come back again next year.

My wife and I recently spent a week in ETW 1000 and we had a wonderful time. The unit is fully equipped with everything you'll need. The corner location provides simply lovely views of the beach and ocean. We highly recommend this unit for any family looking for a perfect spot for a vacation in the Destin/FWB area. This condo had everything we needed. The ice making machine was AWESOME! Never needed to wait to have ice for those beach drinks. The unit was in good condition and was very spacious. Balcony views were to die for!! We will definitely consider coming back.
