1 Off street covered parking spot per tenant a must in this location due to all the beach traffic. Leave car behind walk to beach or jump on the train "Sufliner at the pier" Head to San Diego to Zoo or SeaWorld. Lego Land just 20 minutes south and Disneyland a quick 30 minutes north.

Why the Owner Chose San Clemente
"It's all about location" Anything on the west side of I 5 Fwy "How could we go wrong being so close to the beach." So we purchased the place with the intent to slowly convert to "vacation rentals." We started a year and half ago and just finished! We both loved the way the place backed up against one of the natural "beach canyons," that runs down to beach two blocks away." Also the fact that if you didn't want to get in your car once after you arrived you could walk to downtown Del Mar Ave to eat or shop and also be at beach in minutes.

Great location to "World famous beaches, surfing & bodyboarding." Close drive to Amusement parks, or go to Dana Point Harbor and do some boating, sailing or other water sports.
Just walk half a block to Encino and down the street through Linda Lane Park and you are own the beach

We have watched our boy's grow up on these wonderful beaches ("learning how to first swim in the breakers and later become "pretty good surfer.")
