Lake and golf course view off patio/lanai. Home is tastefully furnished and includes washer and dryer. You can "hear the ocean" from this condo!
Condominium is located in the only oceanfront private gated community in Ponte Vedra Beach. Temporary membership available for access to dining, golf and tennis. The Beach Club includes an adult pool on the ocean and an olympic family pool, two dining rooms, two lounges, cabana bar, beachside grill, and patio dining.
The community pool is only 100 yards from the Condominium at no charge. There are two bikes included with the rental that allow access to the beach and beach club at no charge. Unless you prefer to walk to the beach every day, this is the only way to avoid paying extra/hidden charges for beach access.
