Well maintained, quiet location, easy access on and off the island. Easy access to the beach, convenient walking and biking trails. Had a fantastic time!

The place was a great place, very good location, great price.Pool and hot tub were fab!! Nice and warm. The place had enough room for all of us +. On the down side, we are all really good cooks, come to HH for the seafood and found the knives dull, and not alot of kitchen clean up items, dishtowels, scrubbies etc. Had to buy a grill scrubber and all that stuff along with a sharp knife to cut fish. My mother is 80 and the stairs were a challenge, so would not recommend it for older people(if my dad had been here, we would have had to go somewhere else) For us though it was perfect and we would love to go back again and stay there. We will recommend it to all our friends. Communication was perfect between the owner and us.

Great Place to Stay!

The property was exactly what was promised. It was spacious and close to the beach. The pool and hot tub are right outside your door. The owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Hilton Head. We really enjoyed spring break!

Great time had by all. Excellent food and weather while we were there. Top knotch accomadations. Beach area was beautiful. Will come back again. All of the resturants were superb. Try out Bluffton BBQ for some authentic southern BBQ. We found the little place by accident in old town Bluffton. Not fancy, but super good BBQ.

Beach preservation projects are in process, and the beach is looking even more spectacular than ever! Wide, soft sand. The widening of the beach allows for us to walk even further north around the point. Gorgeous! I'll look forward to hearing from this Wisconsin gang next year!

Our group of eight ladies enjoyed your property very much. The only thing we may want to change for next year is avoiding so many steps since we're a 70+ year old group but we managed just fine. It was nice to have a code to enter the villa so we didn't have to worry about keys. There were a couple comments that the TVs could stand to be updated but that wasn't a big problem for me because I'm not a big TV watcher. We were happy to have wirelss internet service and that worked great. Everything was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking, nice grounds and very handy to the tennis center. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very tasteful. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and everything was in working order and the owner was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns prior to our arrival. When we arrived, there were no problems so it wasn't necessary to contact them. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is able to navigate the flight of stairs to enter. Thanks for everything!

Now ladies, if you can get to Hilton Head and play in a tennis tournament, surely you can still climb one flight of stairs ;) I was so impressed that you were all still playing tennis in the 70+ tournament, that I didn't think the stairs would be a problem. The location and house were extremely nice for our tennis week at Port Royal. The porch with rocking chairs was a welcome sight after tennis as well as the heated pool. Great location for walking to the beach or tennis courts. We hated to leave and can't wait to return to this house! I would definitely recommend staying in this rental property. Thanks for allowing us to share your home for a week.

Quiet Neighborhood

This home is very clean and and all amenities are great for a large family. This was our second time staying in the Lyons. The beds are comfortable- we slept in every day. The posted pictures are exactly what you get. The owner will assist with all questions you may have about the home or Hilton Head area. My parents ages 74 and 75 had no problems walking to the beach in the 90+ degree heat. The pool is cleaned often, I recommend late night swims.

We loved every minute of our stay in your beautiful home. 4 of us came down here for our good friend's wedding and everything was PERFECT! I had a wonderful experience in Hilton Head with my closest girlfriends! I've laughed harder than I have in months. . . the house was very cozy and comfortable. I had a great time staying here. My family and our friends stayed here one week in August before school started. We had some stormy days, but other than that, we all had a wonderful time. I really enjoyed riding bikes along the beach and seeing dolphins in the morning. I also enjoyed going to the Crazy Crab and the Salty Dog. Because we had kids all under the age of 10, I went to see Gregg Russel sing in Harbour Town. (I surprisingly liked it!) While we were here we celebrated the birthdays of two one year olds, my baby brother and my friends' sister. I love Hilton Head and I hope others can share this experience too.

We had a beautiful vacation with our family who comes from New York, Massachusetts and Virginia. Loved how close it was to the ocean! First time for all of us to HHI. Great golf, beaches, restaurants, bike paths, etc. Lovely home!

There were 8 adults in our extended family and we found the villa to be just perfect. We only had to walk a couple minutes to the beach and it was a good central location to golf courses and restaurants. There were bike paths nearby too. As far as the villa itself, the decor was cheery, clean and very roomy. We had four bathrooms! Vicky (the owner) was always quick in answering any questions I had before arrival and you can see how they carefully they maintain their home. Everything was ready for us on our arrival, the AC was on and the place was cool. Everything was perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved everything about it. This was a first class villa and we highly recommend it.

I have stayed at many locations in Hilton Head since 1998 and none of them has compared to this. The villa was clean, well appointed, nicely located and had all the amenities you could ask for. Our group consisted of middle aged golfers with high expectations. It was especially nice to have room for everyone in their own beds. With 2300+ square feet, this place is awesome.....so I say to you, come on down and enjoy!!!!!!

We stayed at this property in June 09, and enjoyed the unit and location. It was clean, everything worked, and the owner was friendly and accomodating. The beach is only several minutes walk away, with good facilities at the entrance. I would stay here again.

We stayed in this unit with another family and found it to be absolutely delightful! There is enough space to comfortably fit 6 adults and several children. It is clean, well maintained and a quick walk to the beach. Whenever we go to Hilton Head, this is defintely the place where my family will stay! Also, if you are tennis players, the tennis club is conveniently located next door! A definite plus in our books! Love it!
