Stayed here for Super Bowl weekend. Very nice property and perfectly located. Best property I have stayed in. Hotel is very clean and has many amenities to enjoy. Staff is very professional and courteous. Owner was very easy to work with and replied to my emails in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying here on future trips.

I stayed here during CES 2012 and couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. The condo is in terrific shape and well appointed with an outstanding view from the 33rd-floor balcony. For convention purposes, it was an easy walk all indoors with moving sidewalks to get from the condo to the MGM Monorail station, which afforded efficient access to the convention center. The building itself is clean and quiet with a Starbucks on the ground floor and it was never a challenge to get a cab in the evenings.

We stayed in Greg's studio condo at The Signature at MGM Grand the week of August 14, 2011. It was an excellent stay. The condo was as expected and problem free. Our biggest problem of the whole week was that the refrigerator froze up our beverages. We had to turn the dial back a couple ticks to take care of that. There were lots of towels and other lavatory supplies. The A/C worked supremely, which is key for Las Vegas in August, especially since this condo faces The Strip and west (afternoon sun). The morning sun is behind the building allowing for a leisurely and relatively cool breakfast everyday on the 30th floor balcony. A suggestion would be to have a small bistro set of a table and two chairs on the balcony to allow the morning to be enjoyed comfortably. The smart guests will find a way to sit on the balcony quite comfortably, with a minimal amount of difficulty anyway. We made full use of the MGM Grand Pool facilities and spent hours in and around the lazy river. It was nice to be removed from the hustle and bustle of the MGM Grand and The Strip, but only be a few minutes walk away. If you are the guest staying following our us, enjoy the eight Bud Light Lime that we left in the fridge for you. The bottom line is that this stay was excellent and this condo is recommended.

Great Experience from start to finish! Greg was very prompt in replying to all my questions and concerns. This made my first VRBO experience a good one! This suite was amazing and the view was spectacular. Our teenage daughter and her friend thought we were the coolest parents ever to take them to such a great hotel. The bar in Tower 1 was really great as well. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the white cheddar popcorn. Great drinks. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and host. Thank you for being so accomodating and easy to work with. We'd definitely stay here again.

A great value! Very nice and clean, easy check in. Property exactly as described. Easy access to monorail at MGM, which is an almost must if you are visiting other hotels farther up the strip. Great bathroom, didn't get to use the jacuzzi tub but it's HUGE, wonderful shower! We fealt very safe and comfortable staying here, would definately recommend!

Stayed here August 21-23. Very nice room. In fact, we spent little or no time out on the strip because the air conditioning and soft bed made it hard to leave the room. The spa in the room is very nice as well, also the shower and all the amenities the room has to offer. The balcony has the exact views shown in the picture and is a really rewarding Las Vegas experience and you cant beat the price given! Recommend this room totally and looking into booking it for next month as well!

This room was by far the most luxurious room we have stayed in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the views were amazing! The bathroom was also first class! The staff at the Signature were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure each guest was happy. We used the concierge service for tickets to Mystere and for dinner reservations at Tao. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay and will definitely book this room when we return to Vegas!

Excellent stay!! The Signature was amazing in luxury and service; comfiest bed I've ever slept in and the view was brilliant. The bathroom was superb, huge hydro bath and shower, 2 sinks and a TV in there too! Greg was excellent to deal with and will help with anything you ask and the savings we made were an added bonus. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend to anybody. Will definately be using this suite again on our next trip to Vegas.

Wonderful! Anyone who is considering Vegas should use this property! The Signature is perfect for whatever you need, this suite is excellent (views, size, etc) and the owner is extremely responsive to everything you could need. My girlfriend and I were delighted with our stay and if we return to Vegas we'd save all the time we wasted trawling through hotel websites and other accomodations and go straight to this property.

We had a great stay at your suite and thanks for the extra touches and tips on making our 10th Anniversary getaway 5 star! We took your recommendations and it was fantastic. Loved the hotel itself as it was much more personal to have a smaller hotel where you don't have to stand in line for check-in. Service at the hotel was A+. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel connects directly to MGM Grand but be prepared to do some walking to anywhere on the strip as hotels in Vegas are 1-2 blocks big! I would highly recommend this hotel and this suite! Very nice and accomodating owners. If we are back in Vegas, we'll be booking your suite again. Regards, Lily & Oren

Everything was great and we both thoroughly enjoyed the whole Vegas experience very much. The quality of both the Signature Hotel and your apartment were excellent, and everything I had expected from my Internet research and your own information. The size and quality of the apartment, the views from the balcony, the kitchen and entertainment facilities were all great, and of course the jetted hot tub in the bathroom, and very comfortable bed were very welcome after long days, walking in the heat on the strip. The location of the Signature in relation to both the MGM and the Strip was also fine, after all nowhere on the strip is close to everywhere, and you have to accept your going to do a lot of walking. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly and professional. The Concierge's assisted us with tickets for the Blue Man and O shows, and a Grand Canyon Flight, and these were all excellent, and went without any problems at all. We took your advice and decided not to hire a car, and after speaking to our cab driver from the airport, very glad we did so. We managed perfectly well on the buses all week. I think that’s about it, except to say thanks very much for your own help and advice throughout the process Greg, it’s been a pleasure doing business with you. Very best wishes.
