Dave - Thank you so much for the most wonderful week at your "peaceful retreat". The house is beautifully redone with everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was excellent, so close to Grand Haven and the Muskegon area. Plus, the boat dock was a huge help since we had my sisters boat for the week. My husband really enjoyed fishing off the dock and the kids loved the use of the bikes. We really couldn't have asked for a nicer, more family oriented week to enjoy beautiful west Michigan. None of us wanted to leave - next year we might have to stay longer!! Thanks again! M, K, C & C

Dave, we couldn't have asked for a better spot to welcome our new baby to. Your house is so delightful and well-equipped for any length of stay. This was truly the most relaxing and laid-back vacation we have ever had - in spite of the interruption of child birth! We will definitely recommend this home to anyone who vacations in West Michigan. Thank you so much!

Dave, we had a fabulous family vacation in Spring Lake. Our first trip to Michigan was a huge success and would love to come back next year. The house was perfect for the seven of us. The boys loved all the great activities nearby - golfing, tennis, bike-riding, swimming, canoing and the many, many trips to the party store around the corner. we are refreshed and ready for a new school year, thanks to our "Peaceful retreat."

We thoroughly enjoyed spending the fourth of July in your lovely home. This is the first time we have stayed in Spring Lake. It is definitely a peaceful retreat! We had many relaxing walks in the neighborhood and by the lake. Your house is so close and convenient to Grand Haven and North Beach. You did a fantistic job of decorating every room and adding a personal touch! The house is spacious, open, and welcoming! Our twelve year-old-son, Brian, liked the privacy of the upstairs bedroom too. The fruit basket and watermelon were nice treats. Thank you. We feel blessed to have been able to stay here. We would really like to come back next year for the fourth of July week. Also the Pruebelo had delicious food! Your family has a great restaurant!

Guest Comment entered by Homeowner: Truly lovely neighborhood and location. We loved the Spring Lake walks and morning coffee or reading on the hammock. Cycling to Grand Haven was a breeze and very easy to get to. The kids loved the space and the safety to "roam freely." They give it a 10 out of 10 over all. We will definetly return!

We stayed in the house in 2007. The house was newly remodeled and we had a terrific time. It is modern, charming, very relaxing, quiet, peaceful, and located in a family friendly area. We rode bikes all around the area and into Grand Haven. We'd love to make a habit of vacationing here.
