1st floor: King master suite w/ access to pool, king room, king guest master suite w/ access to pool and room with bunk bed. King guest master and bunk bed rooms share a big bathroom, all other bedrooms have their own bathroom.
2nd floor: Queen room with bath room and room w/ 2 queens. Kitchen, living and dining room. There is also a ½ bath ont his floor.
3rd floor: Pool table and arcade game. Sundeck on this floor as well.

My family has stayed at this property numerous times. This property was all that it promised to be- plus. The photos portray this property accurately. The ocean views are breathtaking. The owner was wonderful to deal with. There is tons of space. The layout of the home is perfect. You will not be disappointed. My family can not wait to return.

This house exceeded my expectations! It was clean and pretty well maintained. The kitchen is beautiful and large! The owner was very nice when I had to call her about gaining access to the house... I had forgot to contact her a week before arrival, but she was quick to return my call and answer my question. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group. There is room for the entire family.. literally! I would recommend that anybody that stays in Folly go to Taco Boy. This place has an array of tacos, and everyone I tried was delicous (and we went twice in the 4 days we were there).

Wonderful beach home! Spacious rooms...loved having a pool and all the great porches. The kitchen area is really great! Great access to the beach. We had a fabulous family vacation !

The property was all that it promised to be. Well kept, clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. We had breakfast and lunch with the dolphins every day.
