The most noticeable thing about this typical mountain home is the large wrap around deck. It contains both a private hot tub and a custom built swing, perfect for enjoying the spectacular views. The front door leads to an open floor plan, beautifully furnished with southwestern decor. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room serve both home cooked meals and takeout.
Val Halla contains two living areas; one great for gathering around the wood fireplace and the other perfect for watching television. The sunken living room also contains a pull out queen sleeper sofa, providing extra sleeping space. The main floor has one bedroom and one bathroom as well as a laundry room. Upstairs contains the master bedroom and bathroom and one additional bedroom. The open stairway and hallway add to the spaciousness of the home. Every wall of this house has windows with views ranging from mountains, woods and a river.
Since the home is located just south of town, a short 5 minute drive will put guests in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, giving access to excellent dining, shopping and skiing.
