This stunning custom built Orlando villa is perfectly placed to be the perfect home for your magical vacation. It is situated on one of the most desirable lakefront lots in the prestigious gated and walled community of Formosa Gardens Estates. The community is 2 miles, being 5-8 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World and less than a mile to the nearest golf course. Shops, restaurants, banks, and mini golf are all in close proximity.
At over 7200 sq ft of under cover space of which 5800 sq ft is air conditioned space, there is more than enough room for even the largest family gathering to have their own personal space. The non-smoking and pet free villa accommodates 16 people and has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, large family room, large screen theater/cinema, kitchen, two dining areas, purpose built games room/2nd living area, double garage and a large private sun deck and pool.
This home comprises of a grand master suite, and three additional master bedrooms, all of which have a king bed, bathroom and state of the art large screen wall mounted high definition TV with cable and Blu-ray DVD player.
Two further bedrooms are twin rooms of which one has its own bathroom and the last bedroom being a twin bunk room, with the remaining twin room and the bunk bed room sharing a bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a wall mounted TV with cable TV, and a playstation 3 games console.
The living area boasts an enormous state of the art 65 inch full high definition LCD TV connected to HD Cable and a Blu-ray player. All the master bedrooms have a minimum of a 46 inch LCD screen, with the grand master suite benefiting from a 52 inch screen.
If size is important to you, then treat yourself to the latest movie in the theater which for the technically minded has a 103 inch screen, full high definition projector, Blu-ray/ HD-DVD player & dolby 7.1 surround sound. For the ultimate comfort and luxury, the seating is out of this world with seven leather seats each having recline and foot support.
The games room is purpose built and is therefore not your usual garage make-over, and as such the room is light and airy which makes it a place you actually want to spend time in. The room is equipped with a 8ft slate pool table and 7ft air hockey table, in addition to a living area, TV and wet bar. Double doors lead out onto the amazing pool deck.

My family and I have just returned from our second time staying at Star Lake Manor. Not wanting to deal with the stress of staying a week in a cramped hotel room we started to look for a home to rent near Disney World. Luckily we came across Star Lake Manor and now my family and I do not want to stay anywhere else. When the home was already booked for our preferred week this year, instead of finding another place to stay, my kids demanded we move our vacation to an available week. The photos in the listing are only a glimpse of how spectacular this home is. The owners, Paul and Rachel, are very nice people and quickly answered our questions and the booking process went very smoothly. The home is very near Disney and only a short drive to Universal or Seaworld. Also many restaurants are within a few minutes drive. The gated community and home security system alleviated any fears we had about our safety. The home far exceeded our expectations. The amenities in the home are top notch, HD TV's in many rooms, several play station 3's, an audio system throughout the home and pool area including XM radio, a Home Theater with reclining loungers and a large blue ray dvd collection. A large gameroom with a pool table, air hockey table. A large heated pool with a water fall, colored lights, a kiddie pool and a spa overlooking a lake. A computer was also available for our use, including a printer and fax machine. There is so much to enjoy at the home some days we did not leave. The home is also very well maintained and clean. The home is a little pricey to rent, but with 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, sleeping up to 16 it can easily accommodiate more than one family or group of friends to share the cost and with all the high end amenities, it is a good deal. I know I missed several other features of the home, but do not want to sound like a agent of the owners, I am just a very satisfied renter, I believe you will be too, Only thing I would ask of you is to not book the week I want in 2011. We (13 people)had the opportunity to be the very first guests to this fascinating villa. All of us had pretty high expectation but the reality was well above all that. Incredible pool and spa, a lot of space for everybody, flat screens + BD players in each room, fantastic home cinema just to name a few outstanding features. Far from cheap, but you´ll get more then you expect for your money. It´s simply a MUST you have to see.
