Vacation in this beautifully furnished, lakefront condo at Shanghai Landing. You won't find a more scenic, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. Both the living room and master bedroom have balconies with gorgeous views of the lake...so close you can hear the waves lapping on the shore.

Bring your own boat or rent one from the nearby Shanghai Marina. You'll have over 800 miles of beautiful coastline to explore. Be sure to bring a camera because you'll want to share your images of the lake and mountain scenery.

Enjoy the convenience of our private dock next to the building. You'll have a covered boat slip reserved for you. Our gated community called The Pointe at Shanghai has a free cement boat ramp for your use and free parking for your boat trailer.

The condo has a nice arrangement that allows for privacy. The main level has a living room (with a gas fireplace, 27-inch television with DishNetwork satellite connection, and a DVD/VCR player), dining room, half bath, and fully equipped kitchen. The condo is large with over 1,400 square feet of space. The living room sofa makes into a hide-a-bed with a queen-size mattress. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet near the kitchen. We have provided video tapes, games, and books that you're welcome to use. Keep in mind, you can see the lake from this whole level.

The bedrooms are downstairs. The master bedroom has a private balcony with a great view of the lake. It has a king-size bed, a television with DishNetwork satellite connection, a VCR, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a private bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. It has a built-in stereo radio/cassette player with speakers in the ceiling and a portable CD/cassette/radio. You can relax on the bed, listen to music, and still see the lake. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, television, VCR, and private-access bathroom with tub/shower.

The pool is just a few steps from our building. You can still enjoy the beautiful lake view while you're relaxing by the pool. If you're a serious fisherman, we can connect you with an expert who conducts charter fishing trips. If you love golf, you can head for the nearby 18-hole championship golf course at Deerfield.

Don't forget that this is a fantastic retreat in any season and you won't find a better view on the lake. From quiet and romantic to active and adventurous...a wonderful vacation awaits you.
