  We only stayed a few days, but really enjoyed the central area. Close to grocery stores, resteraunts and the beach. Pool was large, only shade was under the umbrellas with a table and chair, no lounge chairs in shade. Beds are comfortable and the appliances are wonderful. Lemongrass and Kountry Kitchen was our favorite palces to eat. Will definetly keep this resort in mind for our next trip to Kauai.

  Wonderful, fully-appointed condo in a great location. Description fully matches reality. My wife and infant son spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is incredibly spacious, has fantastic high end features and is superbly maintained. It features a ocean partial view, easy walk out on to a maintained lawn or steps to the beach. The resort is great - easy access to the pool, barbecues and the ocean-front bar and restaurant (nightly happy hours and sunset music on Wednesdays). And for our family, the location was perfect allowing for easy trips to the north or south shores and an easy walk across the street for food from the grocery store or walking distance to several restaurants. Couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

  We LOVED every minute of our week at your condo! It is a beautiful facily, great pool and wonderful condo. It was TRULY hard to leave! We will definitely keep your place in mind for future travels to Kauai!

  Your condo was great! The location was perfect for us with the baby and all the family we had around. We all seemed to gather at the hot tub around sunset and before dinner. I hope that we can visit their again; we loved the Resort and your condo.

  First of all, the condo was absolutely gorgeous. We have traveled quite a bit, with this being our eleventh visit just to Hawaii. We have found that we don't need to spend the money for super high-end hotel accomodations, as we have been happier in condos in the mid-range. We found everything to be exactly as the listing described, and more. The location was great, being midway between the North and South end resort areas. That being said, we have never stayed in anything quite so beautiful as your condo and the grounds at Waipouli Beach Resort. When we arrived, as we were dragging our suitcases towards our room, my 12-year old daughter stopped in the middle of the walkway, dropped her suitcase, and stared open-mouthed at the pool and the water slides, and just said "wow"! I knew I had scored! The next "ahh!" moment came from my wife when she entered the condo. She looked around slowly, turned to me with a smile and said simply "you did well"! There is nothing I can say about the condo itself other than it was absolutely perfect. The beds were sooooo comfy, and the square footage was perfect. The kitchen was a joy to spend time in, and we thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out. The location in the resort was also perfect, as we could go to and from the pool and beach areas through the sliding doors, which were always open to catch the breezes. I also appreciated that I could be at the pool, pop my head up and look inside at my big LDC TV and catch the score of the SF Giants baseball playoff games! (Oh, the little things....). The staff treated us very well, and Vicky the pool lady was so nice, even when we misplaced a couple of pool towels. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR TOWELS. You could get charged (officially) if you don't return every one of your towels at the end of each day. A little awkward, but.... The only real negative about the resort, probably no surprise, is the restaurant. It is only open for evening cocktails and $$$ dinners; no breakfast, no lunch, and no bar all afternoon! It is a beautiful building, but so underutilized. Overall, thank you so much for providing us a wonderful vacation. It went way too quickly, but it just makes us look forward to the next one. We will definitely stay with you the next time.
