Great family rental! 4th house to Beach. Partial ocean view from 2nd floor deck. Beds are newer and comfortable. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have 2 twin/single beds each. Nicely decorated. One full bath and an additional outdoor shower.
Apartment provides air conditioning, heat and plenty of ceiling fans for maxium comfort.
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. Large front deck has Weber gas grill, picnic table and additional seating.

Beach badges are needed from mid-June, thru Labor Day, for people ages 12 thru 64.
LBI boasts many fine restaurants, some within walking distance.
A pleasant 15 minute walk will get you to Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park , or Bay Village and Schooner's Warf for many unique shops.
