This is a great family rental! Only 4 houses to one of the most beautiful beaches in New Jersey. The extra large 2nd floor front deck, with partial ocean view, is a great place to relax when you're not at the beach. A cold drink with family/friends, and a cool breeze complete the experience. The spacious 3 bedroom "beachy" apartment is bright, clean and very comfortable with good beds. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The two additional bedrooms have 2 twin/single beds each. There is one full bath plus an additional outdoor shower.
The apartment provides air conditioning/heat, and plenty of ceiling fans for maximum comfort. A washer and dryer are in the apartment and not shared.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, full size electric range/oven, microwave oven, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker with filters etc. The large front deck has a Weber gas grill, a picnic table with umbrella and additional seating.

Beach badges are needed from mid-June, thru Labor Day, for people ages 12 thru 64.
LBI boasts exceptional restaurants, many within walking distance.
A pleasant 15 minute walk will get you to Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park , or Bay Village and Schooner's Warf with many unique shops.

Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven Gardens
LBI is unique with it's white sugar sand beaches stretching 18 miles from Barnegat Light to Holgate. It's a wonderful, family vacation spot that brings people back for generations.
For us, it's a little bit of paradise just 90 minutes from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
You can walk everywhere! Take a morning stroll for breakfast to the local diner or coffee shop. Enjoy dinner at one of the many fine restaurtants nearby, or walk to Melt Down or Dairy King and enjoy some ice cream while watching a beautiful sunset over the bay. Our house has a really great location and it's just steps to the beach.

Don and I have always loved Long Beach Island. Before starting our family, we spent many hours fishing in the surf, or just relaxing on the beach. We now have 2 grandsons, and enjoy making memories (and sandcastles) with them.
