View from lanai to front door of condo - Kailua-Kona Vacation Condo Rental White Sands Village is a beautiful, quiet condominium complex located on Alii Drive across the street from White Sands Beach (also called Magic Sands) in Kailua-Kona. We are located approx. 3 1/2 miles south of Kona Village and 2 miles north of Keauhou. The complex has 3 concrete buildings and our unit is in one of the front buildings with a wonderful relaxing view of White Sands beach from our 27' lanai. Our comfortable unit has central A/C and new ceiling fans in living, dinning and both bedrooms. Our 1010 square foot unit (+ lanai) is located 2 doors down from the elevator. It is newly renovated with berber carpet in living and bedrooms and tile in the rest of the unit. Comfortable furnishings throughout with new glass top stove and dishwasher in kitchen. Full stackable washer/dryer in master bath plus TV/VCR in master bedroom. Living room has 27" TV with DVD/VCR combo. Lanai overlooks pool, BBQ & game room area. The famous Jamison's restaurant is across the street next to White Sands Beach. Enjoy all the sights or just relax on lanai or around pool.
