Beautiful Kiahuna Plantation Beachfront condominium resort in Sunny Poipu Beach, a vacation you will not forget. Enjoy 35 lush tropical acres situated on a gorgeous beach, which is great for sunning, swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, shelling or turtle and monk seal watching.(just to name a few activities)
In a couple of minutes you can be swimming at either the ocean or the pool. Both children and those of us that are kids at heart enjoy the swimming pool at Kiahuna with its waterslide and waterfalls. After a swim at the pool stroll to the beach and try riding a few waves, or maybe just enjoy a good book and listen to the waves. Poipu Beach Park is very close to the condo and is very safe for children to swim or snorkel, according to the Travel Channel.
Kiahuna's grounds are spectacular. Take a stroll on the paths that weave around the resort. The Moir Gardens are the perfect example of why Kauai is "the Garden Isle." Within minutes you will walk through the aromatic orchid garden which has many different varieties of orchids. Close to the orchid garden is the cactus garden which has beautiful cacti from around the world as well as lily ponds complete with frogs on lily pads.
Our ground level condo, Beachhouse #80 in building 15, is typical island comfort and style with the niceties of home. We have new bedroom furniture with a King size bed. Our shower was just remodeled in 2009 with corion. We have a new 37" HD-LCD Flat screen TV in the living room. Walk out onto the lanai and step on the perfectly manicured lush green lawn, perfect for picnics or little ones to run around and play. Enjoy birds chirping and smell the heavenly flora while enjoying a delicious meal on the lanai. A gas BBQ grill, footsteps from your back-door, make meal preparation easy if you want to take advantage of the island lifestyle. If you don't feel like cooking, take a short walk over to Plantation Gardens for fabulous island cuisine as well as a great bar with island drinks.
Kiahuna Plantation is a perfect tropical paradise; it is what comes to mind when one thinks of Hawaii. This unit enhances this experience with island comfort and convenience, not to mention renting directly from the owners saves you a lot of money, but you still have the 24 hour management staff available if you need them. Also, by scheduling house cleaning when you check-in you can get as little or as much cleaning as you desire.

Why the Owner Chose Kiahuna Plantation
The proximity to the ocean was ideal. We had stayed at other locations and you just can't beat the fact that Kiahuna is located right on the beach . The weather in Poipu is perfect, that is why they call it "Sunny Poipu."
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
One of my favorite things to do is swim in the ocean at Kiahuna beach. Often I will be out there with turtles and monk seals. Alan loves to spend his time on the "Great Lawn" reading under a coconut tree. Both of us love to run to Spouting Horn.

Alan and I honeymooned at Kiahuna in 1997 and we fell in LOVE with Kauai and Kiahuna. We are both runners and we love running on the path by the ocean up to Spouting Horn. Such beautiful scenery. We kept coming back year after year and on our 10 year anniversary we decided we had to have our own piece of paradise. We love our home away from home. We are sure you will LOVE Kiahuna and Kauai as much as we do and want to come back again and again.
