This is an open and spacious second floor end-unit with views of the ocean, islands, park and grounds.
Our unit offers over 778 sq.ft. plus a 103 sq.ft. lanai, and is fully equipped. The complex offers a tennis court, two pools, two large BBQ areas with 4 BBQ’s each, pathways and meticulously maintained lawns & flower gardens. Comfortable pillow-top king bed in bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
We provide an in-unit washer & dryer as well as additional laundry facilities on site. Ceiling fans & air conditioning available in the bedroom & living room. Televisions are located in the living room and bedroom with a DVD & VCR player in the living room. Local in-room phone service is provided.
An elevator is just down the hallway for easy access and the stairs are right outside the room. The office, concierge, pool & BBQ area are conveniently close by.
We are located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III - one of the premier beach parks on Maui. Just a short walk to the park facilities and beach access. Swim with the fish & turtles. Watch the whales from the lanai when they are in the area. Just down the road is the boat launch where your scenic ocean trips can begin.
You’ll be within minutes of six internationally recognized golf courses, abundant shopping, fine & family dining and more beautiful beaches. Much of the local flavor is within walking distance and it’s worth the time to take leisurely strolls.
There are no private beaches on Maui and you can explore several that are within walking distance of your room. We have our favorite places, like Ulua Beach Park and Ahihi Bay Marine Reserve. The lava fields at the south end of the island will make you feel like you’re on another planet. Watch the sunrise or sunset from the top of Haleakala, kayak to Turtle Town, and take the road to Hana at least once.
Look for turtles all along the shoreline and snorkle with them off the point between Kamaole Beachpark II & III, as well as many other places.

Why the Owner Chose Hale Kamaole
We looked at a lot of condominium complexes and liked Hale Kamaole the best. Hale Kamaole is a nice size complex, close to the park & beach, has a great onsite staff, and our unit has the best floor plan of any we looked at. It has an extra wide entry and very open living area with great views through the sliding glass doors and from the lanai.
We like South Maui and the Kihei area the most. Our complex is across the street from Kamaole BeachPark III, one of the largest parks in South Kihei. You can snorkel, swim, boogie board, picnic, and more without having to pack up the car. Just walk across the street. Shopping, dining, walking paths, boat launch, and sandy beaches are all within walking distance.

Hale Kamaole has two pools, a tennis court, two BBQ areas, and beautiful grounds. There is an onsite activities director who will help you book your activities. She welcomes questions and knows much more than she has time to talk about at her presentation. Ask about the helecoptor tour specials.

Aloha and welcome to our little piece of paradise. Whether you're inside, on the lanai or strolling the grounds, you'll enjoy the ocean views and all that goes with it. Our first visit to Maui was in March of 2003 and we vowed to go back. On our second trip we knew we would eventually purchase something in the Kihei area. We've realized our goal and are excited about the possibilities. Our remodel is fresh with new carpeting, tile entry, kitchen & bath, new stove, dishwasher & refrigerator, new cookware & kitchen furnishings, new patio set, and much more. Think of 'Unit 205' as your place to stay when you visit Maui. Hale Kamaole is a small oasis in a beautiful and often magical place.
