This newly remodeled condo is in the heart of beautiful Amelia Island at Amelia Landings Beach and Tennis Resort. Located in a lush coastal maritime hammock forest preserve, the complex has a semi-private walkway just 1300' from the front door to the beach(1400' to the water). Close to shopping and many great restaurants, close enough to walk to, but in a serene, out-of-the-way, peaceful location.
The complex has a large private pool and clay tennis courts. Our unit offers a large screened back balcony with ceiling fans, that looks out over the preserve. It's on the first floor(5 steps) for easy access. The waves can be heard from the complex without all the noise that is associated with being directly on the beach. Everyone that visits Amelia loves this wonderful place. We also offer discounts to sailing excursions with Windward Sailing to our guests.
