San Remo is an intimate four story gated resort property in Santa Rosa Beach just minutes away from Destin, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This beautifully decorated condo easily sleeps 6 people with a King bed in the Gulfside Master, Queen sleeper sofa and private bunkroom. In addition to comfortable bunk beds, this spacious (7' x 12') room has its own dresser, flat screen TV with DVD for the kids. Brand new 42" HDTV with HD box put in living area on Dec 2010. Complimentary L'Occitane toiletries. Two full baths make this an ideal choice for families with a whirlpool tub in the master. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded cabinets, Granite countertops and Stainless Steel appliances. Relax on the 25' x 10' Balcony overlooking the Gulf, dunes, Pool, Hot Tub, and private fishing pond with fountain. A beach setup of two chairs and an umbrella are provided March thru October. Two Bicycles and adult helmets so our guests can enjoy the 18 miles of bike paths along 30A cruising past dune lakes and through state parks.
San Remo features an array of amenities to make your stay memorable. WiFi, large gulfside Pool, large separate hot tub, grill area by pool, private pond with fishing dock and fountain, and fully equipped Exercise facility overlooking the pool. The condo had very nice amenities...lounge chairs and a large beach umbrella were set up each morning for us on the beach which had lovely white sand, the area was very, very clean and not crowded. Two good quality bicycles and helmets were available whenever you wanted. Great view from the balcony, very comfortable rooms......the bunk room was very narrow but the bed comfortable. The kitchen had good quality pots & pans, utensils, knives, storage containers and plasticware for the beach (only salt and pepper, so bring your own spices, etc. if you like to cook).
Owner response:I love reading about my guest's experience in San Remo 206. Many times I get ideas that will make their stay more enjoyable. My husband and I have many ideas for improvement we will be implementing over the next few months.

Our last minute stay celebrated a wedding, our nephew's first beach experience & a birthday. SR beaches were beautiful & low key-not crowded at all. Only problem-nephews liked pool more than beach!
