The condo had very nice amenities...lounge chairs and a large beach umbrella were set up each morning for us on the beach which had lovely white sand, the area was very, very clean and not crowded. Two good quality bicycles and helmets were available whenever you wanted. Great view from the balcony, very comfortable rooms......the bunk room was very narrow but the bed comfortable. The kitchen had good quality pots & pans, utensils, knives, storage containers and plasticware for the beach (only salt and pepper, so bring your own spices, etc. if you like to cook).
Owner response:I love reading about my guest's experience in San Remo 206. Many times I get ideas that will make their stay more enjoyable. My husband and I have many ideas for improvement we will be implementing over the next few months.

Our last minute stay celebrated a wedding, our nephew's first beach experience & a birthday. SR beaches were beautiful & low key-not crowded at all. Only problem-nephews liked pool more than beach! From guestbook-What a wonderful condo!! We enjoyed coming here away from the cold weather in Illinois. I loved the decor and the porch especially. I spent most of my time on the porch reading books or playing cards. The pool and beach provided ideal relaxation. I also loved heavenly the ice cream place (in Seaside). Hope to return. Thank you Ann for a fantastic stay at your condo. The amount of room we had was perfect. Just enough space for my 2 teenage kids to find a place of their own to relax. The balcony was my daughter's favorite place to read. The pool area was great and the beach was my favorite. The chairs and umbrella were delightful bonus! We had a wonderful time on our spring break and would love to come back again! Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful spring break here in Santa Rosa Beach!. We loved the condo-San Remo 206! It was just perfect for our family of four. The bikes & beach set up were an added treat. We had such a good time at the pool, riding bikes along 30A, and combing the beautiful sandy beaches! The weather was perfect and we will head north with a glow in our cheeks! We have made many special memories this week at the beach! Thank you!

We spend 7 days at this wonderful property. The condo was perfect for our needs with plenty of space and great weather. We took advantage of the area. Rode bikes, walked on the bike/walk trail. We will be returning to this property hopefully in April 2011.

We've had a super time in this lovely place. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We've stayed on 30A for the last 10+ years and it is the best place in Florida!! We loved "Flip Flops" in Seagrove....the best burgers we ever had and 'Angelina's" is a favorite. On this trip we discovered "Pizza By the Sea" and it is great thin crust pizza. We were blessed with beautiful water the entire time so we hope the oil stays far away. And we hope our paths cross again next year. Tulsa, OK

We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back soon. Long ago my family used to go to Panama City Beach and then we worked our way over to Sunnyside and Seagrove Beach. We drove over to see Seaside this time and had fun there-Bud 'n Alleys a great place! Chicago

From email-Don and I Had such a nice time in San Remo 206 last week. The weather was sunny and the beach and water was so pretty until our last day....so nothing to complain about. The condo is darling and we loved the cat pics as we have 2 cats ourselves.The condo is just the right size for a couple or even a small family. I loved having the umbrella and chairs set up each day...THANK YOU. We still hope and pray that the oil stays away and that BP gets the leak capped very soon. Having the extra couple of days was so nice, however, we still were not ready to leave! We think you are so blessed to get to live in such a beautiful part of the world. I hope to see your condo again someday and until then have a wonderful summer and life.

We had a very enjoyable 2 months in your condo. Even though the weather wasn't the best, we kept telling ourselves it was certainly better than at home. From guestbook: We spent the first 3 days of our honeymoon here-absolutely fantastic! The best part is that we accidently came upon San Remo while looking for condos in the area. I have to admit that the last 3 days have been some of the best of my life. We were married on Sunday, May 24 in Eden Gardens. The week leading up to it had been rainy, windy, and miserable. The skies cleared for the ceremony and remained clear and calm for our stay here in #206. I will take it as a wedding gift from above. We are now headed (with heavy hearts) off to New Orleans. Thank you for letting us celebrate our love and commitment to each other at your little slice of heaven. Go Gators! God Bless, Cody & Michelle P.S. We will be back. From guestbook-April, 2009 Santa Rosa Beach...WOW! Loved spending time running, walking, reading, resting on the beach. Thankful for the blue beach chairs and umbrella. We had some fun bike rides on the endless miles of trails. The restaurants in the area are outstanding. Our only regret is that we only booked one week vs. two. We'll be back.
