Located just minutes south of Disney World off I-4 near exit 58, this two bedroom, two bath condo is conveniently located to all the Orlando attractions yet in a quiet relaxing setting! The unit is located on the ground level (no stairs to climb) with curb side parking. It features two separate bedroom suites with a king bed in one and twin beds in the second. The two full baths ease the hassle of the morning rush. There is also a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen (with new granite counters and new cabinets), full size washer and dryer, cable TV and built in desk with broadband computer hook-up and printer add to the comforts of home.
Newly furnished and decorated in Florida beach style, the unit also features premium all cotton linens. The "family friendly " equipped kitchen means you can have your morning coffee as soon as you'd like it, and you can avoid the high cost of eating out for every meal. (There is a Publix grocery store just minutes away.) For those times when eating out is the order of the day, there are many excellent restaurants nearby!
If a day of relaxation is in order, there is a wonderful community pool at the Club House or you can just catch some rays on your own private patio.
This is the perfect spot to base your central Florida vacation, whether you spend all your time in Orlando at the numerous attractions located there or want to explore further a field - Cape Kennedy, Cyprus Gardens, and Busch Gardens are all an easy day trip away.

A lovely condo to spend a vacation in! Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything one could possibly want or need for relaxing or cooking away from home is here. We highly recommend this property as we had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was located in the middle of all the activities we had planned with easy access to the major highways. The golf courses and the variety of restaurants close by as well as close proximity to Disney made this a great place to stay. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. We will be back. About the owner: We live in Minneosta and grew up watching The Wonderful World of Disney. We love to vacation in areas where there are lots of things to see and do and we have taken the kids to Orlando many times and look forward to someday sharing the experiances with grandchildren. We also grew up knowing housing - building, maintaining, remodeling - and have enjoyed working on this property.
Why the Owner Chose The Village at Town Center:
We live in the cold north - Minnesota - and love to escape to Florida to relax and enjoy the sunshine during the winter months. Orlando is a great place to visit as there are so many different things to see and do and one is never bored!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens are all great places to visit. But at the end of the day, it's nice to relax away from the commotion in a quiet setting. With a full kitchen, we can eat breakfast in every morning (saving lots of $$$), and at night have a full meal or just a quick snack without having to go to a noisy, busy restaurant (again, a lot less $$$). In addition, with the bedrooms separated by the living area (each has it's own full bath), it's easy to share the space with another couple. Also, the cost is very low - less than what you would spend in a comparable hotel.
