  Great place in a great location. This condo fit our needs as a place to come home to for relaxation after spending the day out and about. Not in Cabo proper but nonetheless still a great base to operate from. Medano beach took 10-15 min to drive to if that long. This ground floor condo was quiet, neighbors above made no noise at all. perfect as we could park out front and carry in the groceries or the beach gear. Greg has a nice stash of chairs, umbrellas, towels and bogie boards. Internet worked great , best signal was in the master bedroom or on the veranda outside the master bedroom. TV was good and there were a few English only channels without the Spanish subtitles. I think Orbit was one of them. We ate all our evening meals outdoors on the Veranda. Many nights were spent listening to the pool activity while I sipped Flor de Cana and my wife worked on the computer. There is a buffet at the pool on Wednesday evening and on Friday evening and very affordable, probably the most inexpensive meal you will find. Pepe and his son run the pool bar and are very accommodating. The pool shuts down at 9pm and from then on it was perfectly quiet except to hear the ocean crashing on the shoreline. I would recommend renting a car. We rented from Cactus car rental and it was the best thing one could do. They were great and no gimmicks.They will take you to their lot from the airport plus you get to by- pass the time share sharks. Having the car allowed us to stock up on groceries from Costco , Wally world, and Sam's Club. We were also able to take a lot of side trips like Todos Santos and Cerritos Beach. There are always taxis available but we figured we saved money by renting a car. Driving was no different than anywhere else I have visited and just as safe. The main highway is in pretty good shape and a getting from San Jose de Cabo to Cabo San Lucas was easy. Takes about 30 minutes. If you rent from Cactus rental car just be mindful that they open at 9 am so when you return the car and arrive at their lot before 9am don't panic, they will be there at 9am and they will take you to the airport. Tipping is big in the area, bag boys/girls at Wally world aren't paid so remember to tip them, give them a dollar and they are on top of the world. Overall we really liked Cabo San Lucas, quick flight from the USA and some nice beaches, good eats and great weather.

  We stayed at this condo for 2 months, we loved every minute. One of the best things was the support from the property manager. Always available and accomodating. This condo is a buy. It is a few steps from the beach., A nice pool with pool bar and food. The unit is spacious, clean and modern. Everything to cook or if you like a nice resturant up the hill. Puerto Viaje. Great food. The wrap around deck and the outdoor barbeque added to an overall wonderful experience. I can not wait to come back.

  It was a little tricky to find a place with room for 5 of us (two couples and teenager) so this was a perfect fit. We loved being on the first floor by the pool and being able to walk up to Peurto Vieja for dinner. Everything went according to plan and we would return here for sure.

  We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. This was my 3rd time renting a condo at Misiones del Cabo & found your condo to be in an excellent location close to pool & beach. Having a ground floor unit is a plus too as I have rented on the 5th floor in building 5 & not having an elevator can be a hardship! The wrap around patio is great too! We spent morning enjoying coffee and evening enjoying the view and dinner. The beds are nice & comfortable, not hard as some beds are in Mexico. I am planning my trip back for next year & a longer stay too. You'll be hearing from me soon. Thanks Greg for all your help too. Linda Mayer

  My husband and I and our 7yr old son just returned from our Cabo vacation. What a fantastic condo! We loved the extra large patio area. We ate all our meals outside. The views face mostly east so catch those fabulous sun and moon rises! Also loved overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens. And the ocean views from the patio...watching the waves crashing! The bedrooms and bathrooms were really spacious. The condo was fully stocked with big fluffy towels, and lots of beach towels and clean crisp sheets. The owners even provide a large selection of DVDs when you need a little down-time. The condo location was also great, quiet and tranquil, but just few minutes back to downtown Cabo. We recommend the Santa Carmela market just across the highway, lots of organic and healthly choices. Other top picks include the Playa Cascada (turn at the soccer fields), which we like better than the more famous Medano Beach. Near the condo on the access road is a small restaurant the Blue Marlin with great seafood. The chef/owner (who speaks English) will also make you all types of dishes not on the menu, mostly featuring local lobster and shrimp...so delicious. I really can't find anything negative to say, other than one week was definitely not enough! We are already looking foward to our next stay in fabulous Cabo San Lucas
