We very much enjoyed the stay in the cabin. In fact, our son woke up this morning and asked when can we go back again! Thanks also for suggesting the casino, it was his first time bowling and it was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed visiting Columbia for the first time and we spent a day exploring Pinecrest and fishing. We loved the cabin's location and never saw anyone else in the surrounding properties. The creek setting is gorgeous, particularly right now with the fall colors. My Son loved exploring the cabin, the ladder, the movies, and the creek. The kitchen and living areas are very comfortable and functional. We would rent the cabin again, particularly for the child-friendly aspect. All-in-all, I thought it was a good value. thanks again.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at little creek cabin. Just as you described, it's like being in a tree house and was very conducive to lots of talk and relaxation. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We enjoyed ourselves, truly had a wonderful time.

Hi, My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I hiked from the house up to the opposite hill to the PG&E power lines and it was great weather for it. We loved the Video DVD collection and stayed up late watching some we had yet to see at home. It is a quite retreat. We ventured to Columbia and Jamestown. I took a photo of massing lady bugs on the creek one afternoon, they were gone the next day there must have been a thousand! Mike N.

Hi, Just a quick note to share with you what a wonderful and relaxing vacation we all experienced while staying at "Little Creek Cabin". My wife just loved the decor and especially loved having the ability to join us playing several rounds of the game "Sorry" while preparing a meal for the family. We all loved spending time together in the great room. We did get the feeling of being in a tree house, surrounded by so many large windows, as we watched the birds and squirels eat seed from the feeder. The kids loved "Gold Panning" in the creek, the "Ships Ladder" leading directly to the game room, and the counter height pub table, where they played games for hours on end. There were so many activities doing in the area. We even took your suggestion and visited the "Black Oak Casino". We had so much fun as a family bowling and eating pizza. The kids especially loved the arcade. The chinese restaurant in downtown "Twain Harte" offers a buffet on Friday Nights so we ate to our hearts content, and then some more!! The food is great and the folks are friendly. There is so much more to rave about but since you are the manager, you already know all about what a terrific cabin you manage. Please share with the owners how grateful we all are that we were fortunate to find this cabin on VRBO It is unique....Great place for a afternoon nap! We have all decided to come back next year. We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. The weather was pretty cold so we spent a lot of time indoors. The many windows helped to bring the beautiful outdoors in. I appreciated the extra, cozy blankets and the good music since I forgot mine. Thanks for your help with the directions. Susan

Hello, Our stay at "Little Creek Cabin" was delightful. The grandkids nick-named it "the tree house". They enjoyed their visits with us and playing in the creek. The time went much too quickly. We did not have an opportunity to relax in the hammock or enjoy a family BBQ. We did enjoy our quiet evenings relaxing and unwinding after playing with the grandchildren and resting up for the next day. Our family lives in nearby Soulsbyville and we were very conveniently located to run back and forth. We saw lots of deer! We enjoyed visiting new places in Twain Harte. The Art and Wine Festival was taking place while we were there so the town of Twain Harte was a bustling place. We are frequent patrons at The Pine Tree in Sonora. We've been eating with Stella, Tom and Peter since 2001. They treat us like family. Food is always very good. We had dinner at the Italian place in Twain Harte. We were disappointed. Food was overcooked and cold and took forever. Maybe it was just a bad night because of all the "tourist" for the festival. Pappa's New Roost is a new favorite. The kids really enjoy eating there. They have the very best breakfast! Their hamburgers are awesome! We loved their fried artichoke hearts. The cabin is lovely. We were very comfortable. We loved listening to the creek and enjoyed seeing the many deer. We saw people panning for gold in the creek. We were hoping they would find a big nugget but we never heard a shout indicating whether they did or not. The owners certainly have done a fabulous job of trying to accommodate ones every need. We had a delightful stay at Little Creek Cabin. The location was great and the cabin worked out fine for the four of us. I can certainly recommend this property for anyone who enjoys woods and wildlife. I saw several birds to add to my life list and the wildflowers were plentiful. A great place to begin and end the day.
