With balcony access from the living room and the master bedroom, you will never disturb the rest of your family when drinking that morning coffee or late beverage on the large balcony. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom, with its own private bathroom, has a double bed, plus a twin bed, and a large double closet. Additional guests may sleep on the convertible, queen-size, sofa sleeper. A fully equipped kitchen features Corian counter top with breakfast bar and three bar stools. An additional half bath is located off the kitchen.

I would highly recommend this condo and location for a very relaxing and fun getaway. The condo was immaculate and absolutely first class in every detail. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious and furnished with all the amenities a family might need. Plus, it looked exactly like the pictures. Our first visit was so much more than we ever expected. There were so many good points about staying at the Palm Beach --- but the best had to be that it was right on the pristine beach with breath taking white sugar sand. Not to mention the sunset views from the patio were spectacular. It was one of the most relaxing and soothing places I've ever stayed ---especially while sitting on our balcony listening to the waves late at night. Bob was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He always responded to me very quickly and answered all of my questions. Also the initial “check- in” was fast and easy which allowed us time to unpack, catch our breath and still have time to spend on the beach before dark. I can honestly say my husband has never really enjoyed family vacations but he absolutely feel in love with this place. In fact, he suggested I call Bob on Sunday morning (original departure day) and ask if it was possible to extend our stay there. Thanks to Bob’s quick thinking, rearranging and thoughtfulness we stayed one more night there. Presently we are planning trip # 2 to Orange Beach in September, 2012 and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. I would highly recommend this condo and location for a very relaxing and fun getaway. “Thumbs Up” from the Lone Star state!!!!!!!!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. The beach was beach was beautiful and not crowded. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay this is perfect. The master bedroom and bathroom are generous and the bed is very comfortable. We will come back without a doubt.

If you like simple and relaxing, then you will like this place. The beach is great. The location is perfect. Not too crowded, and great for just relaxing. The facilities are in great shape and comfortable. Orange Beach and Palm Beach has become our favorite vacation spot over the years.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

This was our families first visit to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area and we loved it. The property was better than expected. The view from the living room was great - pool, beach, ocean, WOW!! It was nice staying in a smaller complex: never had to wait for the elevator, and the pool was good size. Bob was great to work with and provided us a very useful restraunt list. This condo is a definite "yes" for families, couples, etc. Local attractions we enjoyed: The Wharf, Tacky Jacks, Papa Rocco's Pizza, and the Hide-Out. We also took a day trip to visit Pensacola Air Museum to see the Blue Angels - I highly recommend it. (only a 30 minute drive, and free).

We absolutely loved this condo and this unit. Both were absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking with the gorgeous pool below and the beach in front. The balcony was especially enjoyable at night when the pool was all lit up. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. With 3 kids and loads of beach items, I loved how our unit was close to the elevator. That was a life saver. The overall atmosphere of THe Palms was wonderful. We are looking forward to going back and staying in this unit again.

We have stayed at Palm Beach in Orange Beach for four years and in this condo for two years. It is a very comfortable, clean, and attractively decorated condo with an efficient floor plan. We have enjoyed having guests in the second bedroom.. The view from the windows in the master bedroom, living room-dining room-kitchen looks directly out at the Gulf and provides a delightful vista. We look forward to being back here next winter.
