No high rises, no traffic, no worries! Bring your family, your 4-legged child, and your fishing pole to our beautiful and quaint Mexico Beach. Situated between Panama City and Port St Joe, our little town is in the heart of St. Joseph bay. Our area beaches were recently named "#1 rated beach in the Country" by Dr. Beach, Dr. Stephen Leatherman. As best described by Dr. Leatherman, it is our sugar-white, squeaky light sands and pristine waters that earned that honor. And I couldn't agree with him more.

New in July 2007, this upscale condominium community left nothing out with its beautifully landscaped grounds to the spacious pool and hot tub. The beach, Mexico Beach pier, shopping and eating establishments are within walking distance. Depending on the size and behavior of your pet, we may welcome them too! BUT - the City of Mexico Beach does not allow animals on the beach - NO EXCEPTIONS. However, less than 1/2 mile away on the west side of the canal is a wide open beach that is pet friendly. Approximately 3 miles to the east in Gulf County are also pet friendly beaches.

• Suitability
  • Pet Friendly: Owner approval required. Owner must know the size & breed prior to approval (Condo doesn't allow > 25 lbs). Condo Association does NOT allow Pit Bulldogs, part-pit bulldogs, Rottweilers or part-Rottweilers on the premises. Owner reserves the right to demand animal to be removed from the premises if animal attempts to bite or attack a human or another animal, or which barks, whines, or otherwise produces any noise in excess. ALL PETS MUST BE HOUSE BROKEN! There is a $125 non-refundable pet fee.
  • Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): There is NOT a wheel-in shower unit. Door ways are over-sized to accomodate wheel chairs. There are NO access rails or bars in shower or around toilet.
  • Kid Friendly: Limited number of board games provided.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Will not rent to college students. At least one member of the party must be 25.
