A newly built luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium on the top floor. Situated in the convenient St. Lawrence Gap, the restaurant and entertainment hub of the island.
Rockley Golf course is only 2 miles from the apartment and Barbados golf club is 3 miles away. A lovely quiet beach is just steps away across the streets with the larger Dover Beach approximately 2 mins walk away.
The nicely furnished and outfitted master bedroom is king bedded and en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a king on request. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Ideally situated and in walking distance to banks, shopping and most amenities. Stroll The Gap at night and drop into any number of the restaurants. Ample live entertainment can be found on any night.

Great find in Dover beach

We found renting an apartment in Barbados during the holidays pretty tough unless you won the lotto because everything if available was super expensive. Then we found this listing and took a chance because it was within our price range for a two bedroom apartment close to the gap. We were not disappointed. The unit is across the street from a very nice low key beach and within walking distance to the gap restaurants. It was nicely done and the newly furnished. We did have a problem with the internet but the management company was very responsive and got it fixed. When we wrote the owners they were as well responsive. The beds were comfortable and the master bedroom a good size. The second bedroom has two twin beds and perfect for kids. I would recommend staying here and we plan to return. For the xmas holidays it was a good value as everything around us was super expensive and close to the local places to eat. We really liked Miami beach which you can take a local bus to and our favorite restaurant is Pisces about a quarter of a mile down the street. Excellent seafood but not cheap.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed in this well maintained condo for six weeks ( Feb- Mar 2011). Staying in this apartment was just like our home away from home. We felt very comfortable and any requests we had, Nora and Alain were most accommodating. We were situated close to Dover Beach (2 minute walk), grocery store next door and not to forget Scotty’s across the street with fabulous lunch menus and affordable prices. This condo has everything we needed. We loved the modern kitchen and our own washer and dryer was an added bonus. Our party consisted of four adults and with the spacious rooms and deck, we had no problems having our “own space”. This was our third visit to Barbados and our first to rent a condo. We are happy we went this route and look forward to returning here again in 2012 and many years thereafter. Thank you Nora and Alain for sharing your “home” in Paradise.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

We had a fantastic time in Barbados and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your apartment in the Terraces. It's in a fantastic position at the side of the building with great views.
