ISLAND DEL SOL is one of the most outstanding condominium units on South Padre Island. There are 44 units in controlled access so privacy is of the utmost.

The Beach is 30 yards in front of the condo, with a security gate. South Padre Island has a wonderful beach, weather, atmosphere and welcome attitude to make your vacation truly special. Not to be confused with Padre Island at Corpus Christi. Southwest Airlines flies to Harlingen, 30 miles from SPI, some airlines fly to Brownsville, 20 miles South of SPI.

The condo is immaculate, with new beds, cleaned before and after occupancy. The unit is on the second floor, no elevator. This is our second home and we like for renters to think of it in that way. Homeowners Association does not allow Spring Breakers, skate boards, rail boards, scooters, etc. in complex.
