This single level home has an expansive deck to watch the sunsets as well as a separate large covered patio great for lounging and BBQing.
Home layout has two spacious master bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen), each with a TV. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room (with 3rd TV and pullout couch) making it inviting to enjoy meals and family. For further enjoyment, an office/entertainment room (with 4th TV) is separate from the living area with a pullout couch for privacy.
In this vacation retreat you are only three miles from Pismo Dunes, five miles to Shell Beach, a 15 minute drive to Avila Beach, Lake Lopez and Montana de Oro are both about 20 minutes, Solvang is 45 minutes, Hearst Castle is approximately an hour. Cypress Ridge Golf Course is less than two minutes, and Laetitia Winery is only 4 minutes.
