Our Mauna Lani Golf Villa Townhome, D-3, is a perfect place for a quiet, peaceful, luxurious vacation in one of the world's most spectacular resorts (check those travel reports!). Relax on either one of two lanais facing the multi million dollar homes in the exclusive 49 Black Sands Beach community across the 10th fairway of Mauna Lani's South Course or simply walk over to the beach for a swim or snorkel at the secluded black sand beach. The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Fairmont Orchid Hotel have plenty of ammenities to enjoy while in the resort. You will have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and the Mauna Lani Raquet Club. There is a fitness room near the pool which is short stroll from our front door. Shops and restaurants are close at both the Shops at Mauna Lani and the King Shops and Queens Marketplace in Waikoloa. Helicopter tours leave from pad 5 minutes from home.

There are more than eight golf courses within a short drive from the Mauna Lani with two courses within the resort itself. You will be eligible for the same resort guest greens fees as the hotel guests.

At least eight beaches to choose from within minutes. Boogie boarding at Hapuna or Snorkeling at Anaehoomalu Bay. Relax at the private Mauna Lani Owners'Beach Club in your own cabana chair and enjoy snorkeling and swimming at the calm beach with a lifeguard on duty. We provide boogie boards, beach chairs and a cooler for your beach outings.

After a day of so many activities to choose from, you'll end the day in luxurious comfort settling down to watch any one of the large flat panel TV's or just enjoying a family cook-out or nice relaxing soak in the hot tub. Don't forget the roadies, plenty of plastic tumblers for the pool area! Beach/Pool towels are provided too.

  • We are long time Big Island/Mauna Lani visitors and were very happy with the Golf Villas and this unit in particular. We spent two weeks there in the Springtime and had a wonderful time. We all mentioned how comfortable the beds were (something that we have found can be an issue at other properties). The complex is small and quiet. The pool is beautiful. We highly recommend the Mauna Lani Resort, the Golf Villas and particularly this unit. We will be returning.

  • We recently stayed at the townhouse and it was great experience. We shared with another couple and three kids and there was plenty of room. We cooked most of the meals in and packed lunches when we went exploring. The Mauni Lani beach and Black Sands Beach were our favorites and only minutes away. It was a great experience and we are making plans for next year and hope the townhouse is open---well worth the value.

  • The condo is wonderful, well maintained and nicely funished, and in a very nice area. Some better pots and pans for cooking would be nice. However, I highly recommend this place, and will return if we choose the same island. The nearby beach is second only to Mauna Kea in my opinion, so no need to look around for better beaches. It is only 3-5 min drive. Great place for snorkling and swimming. Lounge chairs, showers and restaurant are right on the beach and the sand is perfect.

  • We did love your place. Everyone enjoyed the stay very much. Your place is very comfortable. We would have loved having better weather, since the wind blew a lot this year, but this had nothing to do with your wonderful place. Sitting out on the lanai and watching the golfers go by kept everyone entertained. We had great walks everyday to the beach. Never hardly took the same route twice. The whales, Tommy Bahama's, etc. can't wait to return again someday or maybe sooner. Thanks again for the great stay.
