On clear days you can see as far as the Everglades in one direction and Fort Lauderdale in the other. It is warmly decorated in mid century modern design. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, his/her walk in closets & a DLP television. The master bath has marble floors & counter tops, his/her sinks, jacuzzi tub, glass shower enclosure & European-style fixtures and hardware. The 2nd bedroom/study has a sitting area, desk & full day bed, the 3rd bedroom a queen sized bed, the 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bath, that has a separate his/hers washroom, & shower. The living room is spacious & inviting. Perfect for relaxation time, with it's sectional couch & large plasma TV. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for yourself or a few friends or colleagues. The roof deck is large and has a heated pool & jacuzzi.
Centrally located in Brickell which is, the financial epicenter of Miami, close to some of the best Miami has to offer, including South Florida's best steak house, the Capital Grill. In addition, within walking distance to Miami's award-winning sanctuary 'The Spa' at the Mandarin Oriental and a five minute walk to Mary Brickell Village, that hosts an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants. Step outside the building and find Miami's excellent 'MetroMover' transit system, directly adjacent to the property. The MetroMover offers service into the downtown business district as well as the Miami Arena. Also use the mover to get to Miami's Metrorail system which offers stops through most of greater Miami as well as the Tri-Rail system that travels through South Florida. Trains not your style? The apartment comes with one complimentary assigned parking space.

I shared the apartment with 6 other women and we were quit comfortable with the 3 bath rooms, etc. The building was beautiful, quiet and well located. Very safe and close to the local train and walking to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was well appointed, clean with great views.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo was great! It's clean, comfortable, and modern, with amazing views. It served our purposes perfectly as the building is conveniently located at one of the Metro Mover stations, which provides free transportation to downtown. The owner and property manager were great to work with, and very hospitable. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future!
