My husband and I have not had a vacation in years......this was well worth the wait!! Everything about the condo, the location, the beach is all so positive and wonderful...it's hard to pick out one or two things to highlight. The owner was so easy and great to work with. The condo is fantastic and very very clean and cozy. We spent the week reading and dining on the balconey. No restaurant has better views! Beach chairs were onhand (as well as an umbrella), which was awesome, and we got great use out of those too! Really great shelling...and lots of cute dogs on the beach. We can't wait to go back!!!!

We just returned from spending Easter week at this great condo. It was so much fun to be able to walk to so many places. Very clean, with everything you need. Can't wait to go back!

We just got back from spending a week in this condo. Absolutely wonderful oceanfront view. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. The bed is very comfortable and the jacuzzi was a plus! I will say that this was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Roxanne is, just as others have said, very responsive to any questions or needs. I would stay here again any time!

We were down Feb 17 - 19 2012 and it was perfect. The place was outstanding and I can't say enough about how accomodating Roxanne was. If you are looking for a place to relax or just reconnect with someone you love this is the place for you. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed here the week of Thanksgiving. The weather was fantastic and so was the condo. EVERYTHING you needed for the kitchen and bath was provided. All rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean. We watched dolphins most mornings while having our coffee. It is also within walking distance of the pier, restaurants, and rental shops.---And the rental fee is very reasonable. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I just spent a week in OIB, staying at this condo. The location is excellent and the view is fantastic. The condo had everything we needed and was VERY clean. We really appreciated eating breakfast every morning on the balacony with the beach only a few steps away. Roxanne was awesome to work with. We will be back!

My husband and I were married on OIB one year ago and were looking for a place to stay to celebrate our anniversary. We talked to Roxanne (who is fantastic, by the way!) and decided to stay at the condo for 3 nights. It was clean, quaint, quiet, and the perfect place for the two of us! It's right on the beach and the view from the patio is breathtaking. We are so thankful we found this condo and look forward to staying here in the near future and sharing our find with our families and friends! Thanks again!

We stayed here in April for a friends wedding. Very nice condo. Great view of the ocean. Very comfy bed. Everything you need for a nice quiet getaway. It doesn't get much better than this for the money. Highly recommended!

I actually forgot to place my review after our stay in this wonderful condo last New Year's Eve! We vacation every summer on OIB but wanted a winter getaway for just the two of us. We loved this darling OCEAN FRONT condo with the amazing view from the balcony. It was very accomodating - like visiting friends - Everything you need is right there. This condo was a lovely retreat for us! Clean and well maintained. Roxanne was very friendly and attentive to our needs (though we had none). The shower in the bathroom was very nice. The view from the deck was wonderful! We could see dolphins leaping out of the ocean! We would highly recommend this unit.

Lovely, clean unit with a wonderful view. We really liked not having to walk far for our time on the beach, and the family loved the pool. Having an internet connection was a big plus.
