This cozy, spacious, romantic 5th floor (with elevator) studio apartment is newly renovated in a turn-of-the-century building and has 3 windows overlooking a quiet, tree filled courtyard with a view to Namesti Miru church tower.

The flat is fully furnished with a large double bed, dining area, living room with fold out couch, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. The kitchen is also fully equipped with microwave, grill, dishwasher, stove and fridge. The bathroom is spacious with a stand-up shower and a washing machine.

The apartment is located on Italska street, which is just 5 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square, the National opera house and National museum. Only 10 min to Old Town square. There are many good restaurants, bars, clubs and parks in the area, which is considered to be one of the safest districts in Prague.

The apartment is best suited for a couple although 3 can sleep there comfortably (maximum 4).

  • Lucie, we enjoyed our visit very much and were so happy to be able to walk most everywhere from the apartment - when we were really tired we did take the tram or metro up the hill.   • Hello Lucie & Todd, We had a great time in your apartment and Prague, in general. As advertised, the apartment was in a great location near the Metro, restaurants and grocery stores, and an ATM. The apartment was very clean and modern. Having a cloths washer in the unit was extremely helpful. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four (with 2 kids). You were very helpful with all preparation & communication prior to our arrival. And, Todd was very helpful during check-in and check-out.   • we had a wonderful stay at this great apartment during our visit to prague. the place is conveniently located close (7 min walk) to the metro and restaurants, and is safe and quiet. it is in excellent condition and is well equipped with all the amenities, including wi-fi. it is nice to have such a stylish and comfortable place to return to after being out all day, and lucie has been a most responsive and accommodating host. we highly recommend this apartment for your stay. thank you, adrian & sandra

The location was perfect - quiet but only a short walk to the subway, tram, or by foot to downtown. We also greatly appreciated getting picked up at the airport by the driver you had arranged.
