We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in the Italska apt. It was very easy to walk to all the attractions nearby and the metro stop was 2 blocks away. The restaurants in the neighborhood were well priced and we had some tasty meals. We would heartily recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks Lucy!

Italska Apartment

The apartment was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with a beautiful little courtyard. We really enjoyed being a short walk to major attractions, yet tucked in a much less touristy location with great restaurants and bars. The manager gave us excellent recommendations when he checked us in. Most of the places we ate at near the apartment also had English menus even though they weren't in high-traffic tourist areas. It is about a 5 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square, and even though the metro station is near the apartment we never used it. It is an easy walk for able-bodied people to Old Town (15-20 mins) , the Jewish Quarter (25 mins), and to cross the Charles Bridge (25 mins). Then, at the end of the day you walk back to this apartment to get a little break from the masses of tourist.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Hello Lucie,I just wanted to say that the apartment has been wonderful! :) Ksu and I have had the best time here. I must say that the location was the best. What a lovely, immaculately clean apartment, and the view from the window is Prague at its best. Perfect location for sightseeing and using the metro and tram. We loved meeting Lucie, who and gave us great directions to orient us to the city quickly. Highly recommended!

Lucie's apartment was absolutely perfect! It was stylish, beautiful, super clean and in the most convenient location- close to the center of things and surrounded by little shops. Lucie also recommended a fantastic restaurant with a stunning patio right around the corner from the apartment - perfect for nights after a long day of sightseeing! From the the booking of the apartment, to arrival and my departure - Lucie made my visit to Prague carefree and easy. Thank you Lucie! We really enjoyed the cute, cozy and quiet apartment that Lucie has put together. It was just as described and centrally located, easy to get to both tram and metro. Lucies help in getting to know the area was great and the transfer service she provides is a big help. Prague is a lovely city and this cozy apartment is a perfect place to stay.

The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, well-located and beautifully furnished. We had a great vacation, enjoyed the city and love the neighborhood of Vinohrady. Lucie, we enjoyed our visit very much and were so happy to be able to walk most everywhere from the apartment - when we were really tired we did take the tram or metro up the hill. We loved the apartment and the neighborhood. It was wonderful to come home to a quiet, peaceful place after a long day of exploring! Mary & Joe

Hello Lucie & Todd, We had a great time in your apartment and Prague, in general. As advertised, the apartment was in a great location near the Metro, restaurants and grocery stores, and an ATM. The apartment was very clean and modern. Having a cloths washer in the unit was extremely helpful. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four (with 2 kids). You were very helpful with all preparation & communication prior to our arrival. And, Todd was very helpful during check-in and check-out. we had a wonderful stay at this great apartment during our visit to prague. the place is conveniently located close (7 min walk) to the metro and restaurants, and is safe and quiet. it is in excellent condition and is well equipped with all the amenities, including wi-fi. it is nice to have such a stylish and comfortable place to return to after being out all day, and lucie has been a most responsive and accommodating host. we highly recommend this apartment for your stay. thank you, adrian & sandra

We had a wonderful experience with our stay in Prague at the Italska Apartment. Lucie arranged for our transportation from the airport and her hospitality in describing the neighborhood and various cafes and conveniences was quite helpful. My husband and I stayed here for 6nights on the our first leg of our 9 wk European adventure in November 2008. After flying from Sydney - Seoul - Frankfurt then jumping onto an overnight train to Prague, we were greeted with this lovely apartment and were able to not only recover from our long journey but also enjoy the delights of Prague by day and night and then retreat to the comforts of our little "home". The photos show the accomodation exactly as I remembered it. Access to wifi was also such a bonus as we were able to load up our photos daily. The walk to Charles Bridge can be done and we thoroughly enjoyed doing this, but access to transport was also convenient if you are not that active.
