Nice home in great location

Our group of 10 adults very much enjoyed our stay at Linda and Steve’s house. This is the first time that our group has been to Utah and everyone enjoyed the trip immensely. The house easily accommodated us and is very nicely remodeled. The closeness to the Town Lift, bus stop, restaurants and shopping also helped make this one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at.

Great family rental!

This house is conveniently located to Main Street and the town lift in Park City. It is beautifully appointed with granite, top of the line appliances and flat screen TVs. The 2nd floor master suite is huge! We enjoyed both the steam shower and the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The basement was perfectly suited for the kids in our group who had their own space where the early risers wouldn't wake the adults slumbering upstairs. Having an X-Box and games, as well as a TV and min-fridge in the basement was terrific. The "mud room" was large enough to hold all of our coats, boots, hats, mittens, etc. and the boot/mitten drying/heating system is a really nice touch. The owners were accessible and helpful and did our grocery shopping before our arrival for a very reasonable fee. We would absolutely recommend this property to friends!

We just returned from a visit to this Park City home. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more. The house is perfectly situated for ski access to the mountain and restaurants in town. The home is perfect for groups that have young children having a room with 2 bunk beds that can sleep up to 5 children. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything one would need to create a fine meal. The foyer has a system of boot dryers that come on at night which was such a luxury. The owners offer an option of stocking the home with food prior to arrival for a nominal charge. There is an extensive collection of dvds and movies which were a hit with the children. We would recommend this property to any group with children because of the accomadations, ease of access to the mountain and proximity to restaurants and night life.

Owner response:Thank you Happy Skiing!!

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in this lovely home. it was very easy getting all the groceries and preparing dinner for 12.The home is very comfortable and enjoyed the gourmet kitchen. The kids enjoyed having the lower level to themselves with plenty of games and movies to keep them busy when they needed a break from the outdoor fun! This was a holiday we still talk about and will Never forget.

Great accomoodation !! We had a "boys" ski week at 909 Park and we couldn't imagine a better set-up. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is first-class and we ended up eating in most nights. A few steps and you are at the Town Lift for Park City Resort and the shuttle for Deer Valley comes right by the front door. We all had a superb time - thank you Steve and Linda .

We had a great stay at 909 Park Ave. The house has everything we needed and comfortably slept 12 adults. And best of all, the location could not have been better!

We travel at least once a year to different ski locations and tried many rental home. I have to say that this house combines all the best: perfect location to the town and to the lifts, it is full of detail and good taste, the owners are very nice and attentive, every thing works as promised. This is the second time we return to this house and hope we can keep returning in the future. We love Park City and we love this house.

This is a beautiful home and our family had a wonderful time during our stay. This was our first trip to Park City so I wanted to locate a home that was convenient to the slopes. Also, about half of our family does not ski so I was also looking for a home that provided easy access to the Park City main street shopping area. This home provided both so that everyone was happy. It is located just a 100 yds from the town lift and a block from the shopping district in down town Park City. The house is very beautifully decorated and there is plenty of room for extended family and friends. Everyone in our family especially enjoyed the steam shower in the master bedroom. Nothing like a nice long steam after a hard day on the slopes. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is plannig to stay in the Park City area. It was a real treat.

What a beautiful home!! We had an amazing ski week while based at 909, the house is so great it was almost tough to decide whether to just hang out, relax and enjoy all the amenities or hit the slopes (the slopes won), especially for the 3 teenagers that felt the basement had been created just for them. The proximity to the town lift and main street were simply a huge bonus. We can not wait to get back.

We stayed at Steve and Linda's place the week of 1/31/09 - 2/7/09. the house is FABULOUS! We had four couples and two singles, and everybody was happy with the bedrooms. The master bedroom is terrific. One of the best aspects of the house is the "mudroom" where ski coats, gloves, hats, etc. can be stored. There is a terrific boot / glove dryer so nobody had wet ski boots in the morning. Some people are concerned about the location on Park (the main drag coming into town), but the place has terrific sound insulation, so we could watch cars going by but did not hear them. We love to cook, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. I personally loved the Viking professional cooktop. The location doesn't get much better. It is less than a block walk to the Town Lift, and at the end of the day, you can ski all the way down to the base of the Town Lift, and not have to wait on busses. The shuttle stops are at the town lift as well, if you want to ski Deer Valley or The Canyons. The ultimate in convenience. We designated the basement family room the "Man Cave". It has a nice bar setup including refrigerator, a 50" (our guess) flat screen TV, and a poker table with a bumper pool table underneath. Great "guy" hangout. If your tastes are more for going to restaurants than cooking, it is a 2-block walk to Main St. and all of the restaurants. The best part is - no walking up & down stairs. Can't think of a better location for skiing convenience and access to the town. The restoration job on the house is terrific. Quite upscale. The Ryans hit a home run with this place. We highly recommend it!

Spring break in Park City at the 909 Park Avenue in 2008 was spectacular. We had six adults and six kids and a mix of experienced and "newbie" skiers. Half of our group hailed from Northern Virginia and the other half from County Meath, Ireland. Everyone raved about our accommodations - the kids were thrilled with the downstairs gaming system and the adults were thrilled that the kids entertained themselves when not on the slopes. Steve and Linda Ryan were gracious hosts - they stopped by to give us a quick guide through the home's many features. The tech-savvy members of our group enjoyed the wireless internet access as well as the sound system. Its the perfect house for a ski vacation - proximity to town lift, the ski locker and boot dryer in the house and the hot tub to relax at the end of the day! Perfect house for large groups or multiple families. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen and be able to dine in since dining out with 6 kids is, generally, not fun! The adults in our group also enjoyed the proximity to nice restaurants and the Ryans provided a list of their favorite restaurants. We definitely recommend 909 Park Avenue and would happily stay there again on our next trip. Plan ahead - this one is a gem!!

Tremendous job on the renovation. The location is wonderful. We skied home every day and took advantage of the town and beautiful kitchen for dinner. The kids loved the x-box.

I highly recommend this house to a large group or a smaller gathering. It is beautifully decorated with nice linens and extras like a coffee basket in the kitchen and a lotion/soap/shampoo basket in the bathrooms. There are two living areas (3 if you count the master living) to spread out or cozy up in. The location is great for walking to Main Street or skiing in. The owners were available for any questions or needs. I have already reserved it for next year!

If you are looking for the perfect house...you've found it. It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with every convenience you could ever want! We stayed here for a week (4 adults and 7 children). There was plenty of room to be together, and plenty of room to be alone. While the house is wonderful, it's key feature is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. It is virtually ski in ski out (half a block to the lift). As the chief internet searcher for our accommodation, I got many complements on finding this gem--from the kids and the adults--all week long! If it is available...book it! You'll be glad you did!

Wow... where do I even start with a review for this amazing place? We had a group of 7 guys in town for a combination business meeting/ski trip Dec 5-8, 2007. Everyone in the group was very impressed with the comfort and amenities of this house. The recently completed remodel didn't miss a single detail. Everything was top-of-the-line in comfort, convenience and quality. The location of this house was perfect! A very short walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Old Town ski lift. The transit center is also a short walk away. From there you can pick up a free bus to any of the three nearby ski resorts, the outlet shops by I-80, or just about anywhere else you would want to go. The bedroom layout comfortably accommodated our group of 7 with each person having their own bed (still leaving a couple empty beds). It snowed quite a bit while we were there (Dec 5-8, 2007) so the heated driveway and walkway were very helpful and kept us from having to dig the cars out each morning. The multiple shelves of boot and glove dryers in the mud room had more than enough capacity for all of our equipment and ensured that we started the next ski day with dry boots and gloves. The master bedroom was the ultimate in luxury. It makes up the entire top floor with a king size bed, couches, fireplace, huge walk-in closet and an unbelievable bathroom complete with steam room and jetted tub. The kitchen had a large Viking gas stove, Subzero fridge, beautiful granite counters, purified water faucets and gorgeous brand new cabinets. The rec room downstairs was a great place to relax with all the right features including large flat-screen TV, leather couches, poker table (with cards & chips), bumper pool, darts, X-box with games, board games and mini bar (with fridge, sink, purified water faucet). The audio system in this house was pretty incredible. Every room has its own audio controls and MP3 player inputs. Not to mention flat screen TVs throughout the house! Everyone in our group had a laptop with them so the wireless internet was especially useful for us. Of course, no ski trip would be complete without a jacuzzi to relax in after a day on the slopes and this house has that covered too. As if the house were not enough, the owners (Steve and Linda) were terrific to work with. They were both very helpful in answering questions and helping me work out some of the details of the trip. Steve met us at the house when we arrived and gave
