There is a short walk (1/2 block) with some steps to the expansive Lake Michigan beach. St. Joseph and South Haven are easy drives for dining, antiquing and shopping. (2 1/2 hours from Chicago by car). This peaceful and quiet little get-away may be just what you need. Ideal for 4-5 people. Cottage is located 7 miles north of St. Joseph. Please bring our own bed linens and towels.

  • Lovely front porch, short walk to small beach. Lots of room within cottage to gather. No tub in bathroom which is challenging if you have small children. Also, one bedroom is unheated and was a little chilly.

  • What a charming cottage, beautiful area, beach, and sunsets. Great country roads for biking and walking dotted w/fruit and produce stands. We would definitely rent again. It's a relaxing get away.

  • What a wonderful place for my friends and family to stay! The cottage was great with a spacious screened porch and the beach was terrific. It is a great value and I know we'll be back!
