Ed, was right on the job, was available for our questions. Good follow up. The condo is located in a ideal spot in the North County of San Diego in Solona Beach, close to 3 beaches and many great places to eat with a variety of food styles, two good food markets and drug stores, within blocks of the Amtrack rail that you can take to LA or San Diego downtown. The complex is well taken care of, with a pool and laundry area, the residents are friendly and helpful. The condo is comfortable for 2 people, has internet and cable TV, and full bath. Spots to eat, Swami's in Encinities, Pizza Nova in Solona Beach, Rubio's,mexican food, also don't miss the happy hours in all the restaurants, great deals. Solona Beach also has a design center that is not to be missed, unusual shops and little places to eat, and a Sunday market. Also do not miss the huge Sunday street market in downtown San Diego in 'Little Italy' it takes up 8 streets and it is great.
Recommended for:Pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.
