Situated on a hillside overlooking the Cascade Village Hotel and Chair 20, one mile west of Lionshead, Glen Lyon Lodge is a close-in, but peaceful home for visiting exciting Vail.
Not quite ski-in, ski-out, but still it is very convenient to walk down the hill to Chair 20 or drive the one mile to Lionshead Village to start your skiing day. The Vail bus system stops at the Cascade Village Hotel, but a car is recommended for grocery shopping and eating out in the evenings. Also, in the summer, the Glen Lyon area is connected to Lionshead, Vail Village, and other points east and west by a lovely bike and walking path.
