Our home features a beautiful view of 11 Mile Lagoon, complete with its own private dock. The patio includes both an outdoor fireplace and a gas grill. And a spectacular private pool has just been added in December 2007!

Walk, jog or bike along the miles of beach and trails located within Palmetto Dunes - one of the few vacation locations where the family can walk to just about everything they enjoy!

Fabulous golf courses designed by Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and George Fazio are ready and waiting to make your vacation unforgettable. Enjoy tennis on clay or hard courts. Shopping and restaurants await you at nearby Shelter Cove with its scenic marina and fabulous shopping at the Mall.   • The house was wonderful. The pool is perfect for every age and the setting is beautiful. The beach is close by and Palmetto Dunes is centrally located to most things on the island. I would highly recommend this house and plan on going back again.

  • Fun house to stay in - right on the 11 mile lagoon which is perfect for a kayak ride. It's also a short walk to the beach. Great owners to deal with - would definitely recommend this house.
