Come to an Angler's Paradise on the beautiful Indian River Lagoon Intercostal Waterway. You can fish inshore on the lagoon or offshore in the Atlantic Ocean located between Fort Pierce Inlet and Sebastian Inlet. The River House is south of Oslo Road, north of Harbor Branch Foundation, west of Round Island Park and the Moorings. ICW marker #168.

The River House is a private vacation rental right at the south end of Indian River County in a boating community. The property has 180 feet of bulk head at the opening of the waterway turn basin. Bring your boat to our 60 foot boat dock with full electric service. You may use the 12000 pound boat lift if available. The waterway is deep and wide and will accommadate a large boat.

Enjoy your stay in a 1200 square foot guest house. It has a full kitchen with all cooking utensils. Sleeps 1-2. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen size bed. One full bathroom with a laundry area that has a Maytag front end loader washer and dryer. The lanai has a wet bar and over looks the waterway. You will be comfortable with central air conditioning and paddle fans throught out. There is direct access to the boat dock and backyard area.

You can watch Florida's wildlife right from the lanai area. See fish jumping, tarpon rolling and feeding on mullet. You will see native birds come to the dock and backyard area. Watch manatee play. Porpoises come and feed along the seawall and jump up right out of the water.

If you are coming to Vero Beach stay on the river and indulge. Take off from the dock and go fishing in the flats of the lagoon or offshore in the ocean within minutes. Come and relax after a day on the water at "The River House."
