The 1.57 acre lot is very private and has perfect elevation to one of the areas most sought after lakes! Webb Lake offers 790 acres of boating, swimming and fishing fun. Drop anchor and relax on the sandbar with it's sugar sand beach, boat over to the Oakridge Restaurant for dinner with the locals or venture out and enjoy the many cute towns and activities the area provides. Enjoy making s'mores or roasting hot dogs over the fire pit right on the waters edge! If you are a risk taker there is a Casino just 10 miles away!
