The French Quarter building is approximately 200 years old, and was recently converted to condos. There is an elevator within this secured building. This is a tastefully-decorated, one-bedroom unit (600+ square feet) with a king-size bed, and an additional sofabed in the living room. The condo sleeps up to four people. The modern galley kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, cutlery, and an iron and mini-ironing board. There is even a wine-bottle opener and wine glasses. Other features include a dining table, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a DVD player, VCR, *WEBTV for Internet access and e-mail, a telephone (free local calls), an answering machine, exercise bike, and a security system.
