The sofa beds do not have any metal bars, only a very comfortable mattress. There is also a queen size Aero bed that is great for kids or teens.
There are two LCD flat panel TVs, one upstairs and one downstairs so parents and children can both watch TV.
Home has highspeed internet cable modem and HP laserjet printer in a private den. So when you need to get away and still get some work done everything is at your fingertips.
Flagstone patio is just off of the kitchen and main living room so outdoor grilling and entertaining is just a step away. Brand new gas BBQ makes cooking a breeze.
The house is in the Mesa area right above Santa Barbara City College with available tennis courts and running track 5 minutes away.
