This FANTASTIC townhouse located in the heart of Park City “Old Towne” is within walking distance of Main Street and boasts some of the best dining and skiing in North America. Park City is home to the World Class Sundance Film Festival, is only minutes from Deer Valley which has been rated the #1 Ski Resort in North America by “Ski Magazine” several years running. Also, tons of summer events that entice even the most discriminating traveler.

Our luxury townhouse has Three Bedrooms / Two Baths. There are two bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs, the Master suite has a beautiful log King bed with a fantastic view of Park City Mountain and there is a Queen bed in the second bedroom. The full size washer & dryer is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

The main floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room and 1 bedroom with a massive log bunk bed that is "Full-over-Queen" with a ¾ full bath. The couch in the living room is a Queen hide-a-bed. ALL beds have very comfortable new top-of-the-line Simmons mattresses. All the bedrooms and living room have TV's.

The Park City FREE trolley system is just steps from your front door and will take you (and your ski's) anywhere in Park City in warmth and comfort. There is a huge city park just across the street that has playgrounds, barbecues, tennis, basketball, softball and a skate/skateboard park - all free for use of our guests.

LOCATION- LOCATION- LOCATION- Many amenities are just steps from your door. There is a 24 hour 7-Eleven less than a block away. If you need a full service supermarket there is an Albertsons within 5 blocks, you can walk or take the free trolley. There is a high end spa / hair salon next door for when you want to be pampered. There are two lifts straight west of the front door within walking distance. The main lift is in clear view when you walk out the front door to your left. Again, you can walk to the main lift or take the FREE trolley. EARLYBIRD RESERVATIONS made 6 months before your arrival receives a discounted rate (Holidays and Sundance Film Festival Periods NOT ELIGIBLE for this discount).

The owner puts his all into making the place presentable and is extremely friendly. Feels newly remodeled on the inside. Very convenient washer/dryer on the second floor. I have to say we had no problems whatsoever. The place really is a nice, short and convenient walk from Park City Mountain Resort. I'd definitely stay here again and I hope to do so soon.

Great accomodations for our reunion visit!

The condo is in an excellent location for easy access for everything in the area. Even though it is on the main street it is very quiet. We found everything we needed onsite including kitchen stuff! It was very clean and felt like home away from home. We were in town for a reunion this summer and to visit other friends in Salt Lake City and found it very convenient for running back to for resting up between activities. Close to the old part of town with all the great shops. The hosts were easily and quickly accessible to answer our dumb questions, but we only needed to call them once. The kids loved the queen-sized bunk beds. We will definitely keep this place on our list for future visits, even if it is just to get away for a few days of relaxation! We will definitely stay there when visiting friends in the Salt Lake City area.

Nicely located with in walking distance of ski resort, grocery store and down town. Great accomodations. Clean, well kept and nice home away from home. Security deposit returned propmptly and owners were very helpful and nice to deal with. Will rent again.

Park City/Deer Valley ski trip

Scheduled rental on this unit for a guys get-a-way long weekend. Having rented other rentals in the Park City area I can say this unit is a great value. I would recommend it for families as well as ladies or mens get-a-way trips. It provides easy access to anywhere in the Park City area, ski resorts, shops, restaurants, and even ski rentals are just a few blocks away. In previous years we have skied all 3 locations Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley. We knew going into this trip we were skiing exclusively at Deer Valley. We chose this unit due to it's great location. We rented skis at Deer Valley resort and with their system were able to store them at no charge and did not have to lug skis and boots back to our lodging each day. The local stores are walking distance including a nice drug store, yes even medication that was forgotten at home was transfered and picked up all using the local bus system and this units great location. Tired muscles can be treated at either of two salons that are also a pleasant walk away (even sore) The owners are reasonable and work very hard to go the extra distance to make sure your stay is a memorable one. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy skiing the same day you arrive if you like...ease, accessability, and convienence this units for you.

We stayed at the condo during the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. The living arrangements were incredibly comfortable and the location, a seven minute walk to Main Street or the Fresh Market, was perfect. The owners were very accommodating, allowing us to stay extra nights when our flight was cancelled due to a blizzard in NY. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Park City.

This is a modern, well-maintained and comfortable condo, which is less than a five-minute drive to the Park City ski resort parking lot, roughly a 10 minute walk. There is a convenient 7-11 store about 100 yards away. In summary, the location is great. The owner was exceptionally accomodating. Without hesitation I would recommend this condo to others.

I want to thank you both for being a great host and helping us to enjoy our five day stay in your lovely Park City townhouse--I must comment that both my husband and I were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the home and the convenience of the location to the ski lifts, the 7-11 store and the downtown district with restaurants, bars, shops all within easy walking distance--We were pleasantly surprised to find that the scheduled bus routes also stop in front of the townhouse which also provided an additional convenience when we decided to venture out further than the downtown--We will be definitely contacting you again next year for our annual Thanksgiving vacation--
