This great townhouse is now available for the Sundance Film Festival. This luxury townhouse/condo has three bedrooms with a beautiful log king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second upstairs bedroom, and a massive log "full-over-queen" bunk bed in the main floor bedroom - plus a queen hide-a-bed in the living room couch. It is extremely convenient on Park Avenue in Old Town Park City and is walking distance to historic main street and Park City Mountain Resort.
There is also a bus stop just steps from the front door. The Park City FREE bus system takes you (and your ski's) anywhere in Park City in warmth and comfort. Worlds best skiing in the winter and spectacular mountain activities in the summer. There is a huge city park just across the street that has playgrounds, barbecues, tennis, basketball, softball and a skate/skateboard park - all free for use of our guests.
This townhouse condo has living room, kitchen, 3/4 bath and bedroom on main floor and two more bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Wonderful, comfortable furnishings with a spectacular king size log bed in the master bedroom upstairs, a queen bed in the second upstairs bedroom, and a huge "full-over-queen" log bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom plus a sofa-bed in the living room - all with very comfortable top-of-the-line Simmons mattresses. The two upstairs bedrooms have TV's and the living room area has a large flat screen TV and hardwood floors. Off-street parking at your front door makes this a wonderful, warm comfortable place you'll return to time after time.
