Why the Owner Chose Chatham
I've been vacationing on Cape Cod since I was a child. My parents took us there in the summer for years. It's a very relaxed atmosphere,no stress we really enjoy our family when we are there. Also there is lots to do.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our house is a jewel! It's in pristine condition,has many amenities such as central air, wireless internet, cable TV, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, beautiful large deck with high end furniture, 3 TV's & CD/DVD players, outdoor speakers, 1 mile to the beach & the bike path entrance is around the corner. Oh & the kids favorite feature: the ice creamer parlor is walking distance!
The bike path goes runs behind our house and heads into town & connects to Rt. 6 towards Provincetown or West into Orleans & Brewster
A short walk to the ice cream parlor! We're there almost every night.
Great place for breakfast, coffee & lunch. Burritos, pizza, muffins, bagels all within walking distance or bike it!
Amazing pies - both sweet & Savory, muffins, lobster rolls, huge cinnamon buns! Can walk to it, so eat & walk it off!!

We enjoy vacationing on the cape with our children & grandchildren. Our daughter is getting married in Chatham Cape Cod September 09 and we're having fun planning the wedding. Over the years we've made friends on Cape & get together with other friends from our area who also vacation there. It has also become a destination for other family members.
