This three bedroom ( 2 bedroom with a full size loft) condo is situated in Granby Ranch, formerly known as Silver Creek, which is just 20 minutes from the Winter Park Resort and 20 minutes from the majestic Grand Lake area and Rocky Mountain National Park. The Kicking Horse ski lift at the Sol-Vista Ski Area is just a short ski away. The 360 degree views are incredible. Snow covered peaks, rolling hills, golf courses and world class fly fishing are just minutes away.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor of the Condo. The master has a queen bed with a private bath and a fill and drain hot tub. The second bedroom contains twin sized bunk beds. A full bathroom in the hall is convenient for that second bedroom and for the private bedroom in the loft which houses a queen bed. The living room area is very comfortable and contains a working fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.
A private clubhouse is also just steps from the condo. It contains an outdoor hot tub, wet and dry saunas, an indoor pool, meeting area and WiFi access.(WiFi and digital cable are offered in the unit as well) There are also changing areas and showers for your convenience. A ski locker is located in the exterior hallway.

This was a great place in a great location. Sol Vista is a great family ski area and we could actually ski to the lifts from this condo. It has everything you need. Full supplied kitchen (with coffee!), comfortable furnishings, a decent amount of space and high speed internet. I know, it was a vacation - who needs internet. But we found it very useful to find places to eat in the area. All in all a great short vacation in a great place. We highly recommend both Sol Vista and this rental place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and nicely furnished. A couple of drawbacks - not enough pots and pans in the kitchen, dishwasher out of order. Also, not truly ski-in/ski-out, we ended up ferrying skiers to the lift in the car. A map would have been helpful as we drove around in the dark trying to find it. Very nice layout and 3-bedrooms were awesome for our group of two families.
Owner response:Thanks so much for your feedback. We are so sorry the dishwasher was out of order. We had made arrangements for it to be fixed and it just did not happen before you arrived. Yes, it can be tricky to ski in but there are signs on the mountain to show the way. Also, there is a google map and address to the condo, on my website, which also links to VRBO. Thanks again.

Spacious, slope-side convenience with plenty of room for people and equipment. Kitchen supplies were very appreciated. Curtains are needed.
