    The location could not have been better for Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally and Pier Park. It was a real blessing to have underground parking due to the miserable weather! This unit was very nicely (beach theme) decorated. Only misunderstanding, bring your own paper goods! Definitely recommend, and I received my full deposit money back within two weeks.

    Connie was wonderful to work with throughout this process. Our deposit was refunded within days of checking out. The condo was nice and within walking distance to Pier Park! Beautiful sunset views and excellent beach access. We will certainly be back in the future.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We were very pleased with this condo. The decor was very nice. The rate was great. Connie is so easy to deal with. The transaction was very smooth. This was our 3rd time staying at this condo. Love it every time. The parking space is also very convenient.

    Just got home yesterday from our vacation and I'm still smiling! The condo was beautiful, well furnished, and very clean. Calypso Resort has great amenities. Perfect location to walk to Pier Park for entertainment, shopping, and dining. We were there for the annual Seabreeze Jazz Fest and this location couldn't have been more accommodating. Having a private parking space was great perk, too! The owner is local and was very helpful. A great vacation!

    We had a great time. The Condo was good. You may want to bring extra bath towels. There was only 4 for the whole week. The mattress in the master bedroom wasn't the greatest. The condo itself is well equipped and quite spacious for a 1 bedroom unit. We loved the VIP parking! All in all we had a great time.

    Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

    Owner response: I would have been happy to had gotten you more towels. We always leave 6 bc our condo will sleep 6.There is also a washer and dryer provided. I live close which I stated to you and it is easy for me to take care if guests needs. We do have to replace the matress at the end of each season. Unfortunately guests are very hard on rentals units.

    My family and I had a wonderful time at the Warren's condo. The condo is perfectly decorated and in such a great location. Having Pier Park right across the street was great for the whole family. The parking place was also an added plus. It was so nice to work with the owner, personally. They gave us many recommendations for food and fun. They were even so kind to package and ship our daughters "left-behind" jewelry. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, and will definitely be returning!

    My family and I had a really great time at the condo. The condo is very well furnished and has the comfort of home. We very much enjoyed having Pier Park right across the street. We really recommend going to "Fatty's" sandwich shop across the street. It's delicious! Thanks to the Warren's for making our vacation so enjoyable and memorable!

    Connie, We enjoyed our stay in your condo and absolutely love the unit. Thank you for making the reservation process so easy and refunding our deposit so quickly. The private parking is fabulous as well as the 2 large bathrooms. We had everything we need and the unit was very clean. Lastly, the balcony furniture was very nice and comfortable.     This was the second year that my dad and I have stayed at the Warren's condo. We had another great stay. The parking spot is a big plus as well as the convenience to Pier Park. Looking forward to coming back soon.

    We had a great time in PCB. The weather was perfect and the water was beautiful. The condo was decorated great with the beachy scene and had everything we needed. My entire family loved the view each morning and evening from the balcony. The closeness to Pier Park was definately a plus and having the underground parking was very nice. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. What a wonderful time we had and can't wait to go back next year. Thanks Connie for all your help and recommendations.

    We had an awesome time in Panama City Beach. The condo is beautiful, the beach was wonderful and the weather was perfect! Definitely the best vacation we have ever taken! We will definitely be back next year!

    My family and I stayed at this wonderful condo in June 2009.You will get VIP parking right at elevators.You will get two giant pools too choice from.Perfect local by Pier Prk.Lovely condo perfect for families or couples.Wonderful vacation for a budget price!!!!!

    This was our family's first year in Panama City and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo is in an excellent location and has everything in it you need for a great stay. Wonderful condo, wonderful owners, great parking spot, beautiful views. What more could you ask for?

    This was our second year to stay in the Warren's condo and absolutely love it. The underground parking space is wonderful for us because my Mom walks with a cane. We hope to be back again next year. The Major Family Hoschton, Ga.

    My family & I spent a week at the Warren's Calypso condo. It was wonderful. It is decorated so nice and had everything we needed. The location is great right across from Pier Park. We will be back.
