A high quiet alpine meadow situated in Fraser Colorado with beautiful views of Fraser valley, Byers peak, Winter Park-Mary Jane ski areas and the continental divide.
Beautiful mountain views, located in the town of Fraser and serviced by free Winter Park shuttle. This condo is a great place to relax. This fabulous mountain retreat is only 4 miles from Winter Park ski resort, 15 miles to Granby and 31 miles to Grand Lake(snowmobile capital of the u.s.) and Rocky Mountain National Park.We are also within 90 minutes drive from Snowmass,Breckenridge and Steamboat. Denver International Airport is only a 90 minute drive along I-70/hwy 40. A variety of shops are located in both Fraser and Winter Park with Safeway only minutes away for the forgotten dinner items!
Newly decorated and furnished 2 level condo, perfect for 2 to 3 families if desired. We have 1200 spacious feet of living space and all the amenities of home. The condo has 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths and sleeps 10-12 comfortably. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunks (single/double combo) and 1 queen sleeper sofa. All linens are provided.
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven. All dishes and necessary cooking utensils provided as well as some small appliances(coffee maker, mixer, etc.)
We are within walking distance to the shuttle bus stop and the Meadowridge Health club. The club has outdoor hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, sauna, cardio equipment, weights, outdoor tennis, indoor raquetball, basketball courts and more.
Enjoy all conveniences within a few minutes drive or ride on a shuttle bus to Safeway, restaurants, fast food, Alco general store, boutique shops and much more.

Why the Owner Chose Meadowridge
We really love the Winter Park area for skiing, both beginner and expert runs. Great tubing on the hill in Fraser. Also having membership to the Meadowridge Health Club makes unwinding in the hot tubs at the end of the day very enjoyable. Summer and fall are equally beautiful with plenty to do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Plenty of parking, all the fire wood we need,ample room for our large groups, steps away from shuttle and health club. Fishing, site seeing, skiing, hiking, biking, tennis, swimming, golf, hot tubs and Grand Lake just a few miles away. We have a great cook's kitchen in the condo, or there are plenty of great restaraunts close by.

My party included 3 couples and we found the place to be roomy with all the accomodations we needed. This included a fire place with unlimited supply of wood to warm up after a cold day on the slopes.

We have never felt so at home on vacation before. This condo had all the comforts of home, with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, great fireplace, plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was a great place to come to after a long day of skiing. It was very beautiful and very well kept. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our 2 sons and their families stayed w/ us here and it worked out perfectly. The place is very well maintained, we all enjoyed the rec center w/ great heated outdoor pool and other facilities. The place provided a bathroom for each family. The dining room table easily fit all 9 of us. The kitchen was well stocked w/ condiments of all kinds and plenty of dishes, glass ware, coffee cups and silverware for all of us w/o having to constantly be washing dishes. Highly recommend it. We hope to make this a yearly event for all of us to be together.

WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE DECOR AND DESIGN OF THE PLACE, IT HAD ALL THE AMENITIES THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE A BLAST. EXCELLANT SWIMMING POOL AND JACUZZIES.IT ALSO HAD A RACKET BALL COURT WHICH WE HAD A BLAST ON AND TENNIS. IT WAS REALLY NEAT TO COME OUT OF THE JACUZZIE IN THE 39 DEGREE WEATHER AND FEEL SO REFRESHED. THE PLACE IS REAL ROOMY AND NEATLY ARRANGED. TEN PEOPLE COULD STAY EASY. FIREWOOD WAS THERE AND ALOT OF BASICS TO GET STARTED ON YOUR VACATION. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME.. WE STAYED IN THE SUMMER AND RODE MOUNTAIN BIKES, FISHED FOR RECORD TROUT, AND RAFTED. HAD A BLAST.

Our family of 6 was fortunate enough to spend Spring Break (2010) skiing at Winter Park. This condomium rounded out our trip perfectly! It was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was stocked with quality tableware and cookware which made cooking / eating in a breeze. The owners were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

My family, (12 of us, ages 6 months to 73 years), stayed in this condo over Spring Break 2009. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations! The owners have made an extra effort to think of anything and everything that you could possibly need during your stay. It was extremely family-friendly and even more lovely than the pictures show! We had plenty of room and a wonderful vacation in this true home away from home... we would love to stay here on our next trip and would highly recommend it to anyone!
