On this family owned property, sits our tropical, luxurious...yet cost-effective...3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home on a 1/2 acre. It is located across from a five mile long sandy beach, just past Sugar Beach, in quiet North Kihei. (Aerial photos available upon request) This property's location is so nice for early morning or sunset strolls or get in some jogging time. Take a quick dip or romp in the surf, or just laze around on the beach to get that great Hawaiian tan. And all of this is only 75ft. from your front door...or 30 seconds to walk to...one minute if you walk really slow!
There is an outside teak shower for rinsing all that salt and sand off after your fun day at the beach. Then you can pull out one of the many lounge chairs on the lawn, lay there and enjoy the scenery with a nice tall cool drink amongst the coconut trees!
The unbelieveable ocean and mountain views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and front bedroom are unobstructed of Maalea Bay and town and harbor, Sugar Beach, and the islands of Lanai and Kahoolawe.
Our home has all the comforts of your own home...you will have the feeling of "your home away from home"! Air-conditioning in ALL of the bedrooms (each has it's own controls) as well as the other living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook or entertain. There are large, marble-like 16x16 ceramic tile throughout the house, teak furniture, jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, flat screen TV's and DVD/VCRs in every bedroom and a big screen TV in the living room. For the adults as well as for the children, there are videos and books to read and card games and yard games, too. All the beach equipment you need to go for a day at the beach, including beach towels and bags, coolers (even blue ice for the cooler in the freezer), mats, umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards/ chairs and more are in the beach cabinet just outside the back door!
