We loved our stay in this unit at the Alexandra Resort. It was clean and beautiful! Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Our Little Corner in Paradise

We rented this corner unit on the second floor of the Prima Donna building and it provided everything we needed for our vacation in paradise. Perfect for two people. Clean and accommodating. Complete privacy and safety; quiet and restful. Restaurants, snorkeling, and souvenirs are within walking distance. I enjoyed morning tea on the balcony every day and my husband and I played cards there each evening. There's a great breeze and a good view too. The grounds are immaculate. You are steps away from a soft, sandy beach and turquoise water. And it's not crowded like the other resorts. The pool is perfect and relaxing with plenty of deck chairs and chaises. Al, the concierge, arranged our tours for us. We did the Glow Worm cruise with Catch the Wave tours, the half-day Caicos Dream Tour, and Big Blue's "Heart of the Island" tour. We rented bicycles and rode to Turtle Cove. We dove for Conch, walked down to Bight Park (fabulous beach), and even saw JoJo the Dolphin, in addition to a whale. The resort staff is friendly and helpful; especially Jim, Ramon, and Sanadia. We mainly ate at the Alexandra's Mango Reef restaurant. We love the giant spring roll on the luncheon menu. We ate at Hemmingway's once. I had Mahi-Mahi and Mike had chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese. Key Lime pie for dessert. It was excellent. My favorite was the little Middle Caicos Cafe down the road, past the Veranda Resort. They serve island food and it's the best bang for your buck. I loved their cracked Conch with fries and fried plantains. We want to come back and will definitely rent this same unit again. The pictures don't do it justice. You will fall in love with the island and the people (and the rum punch). Victoria, the owner, readily answered all of our questions. We have no complaints, except that our vacation ended way too soon. Thank you. It was the BEST vacation ever.

We recently stayed in this studio unit for 5 nights. The unit was very clean and the furnishings were nice. The balcony provided an excellent view of Grace Bay, we enjoyed breakfast every morning on it. We rented a vehicle and enjoyed touring the area. The owners were very easy to work with. We had a great time and hope to return soon!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. As some of the reviews of the hotel have said, this resort has an understated luxury feel to it, and I agree with that statement. That said the condo we stayed in had really nice furniture, including a beautiful four-post bed, and it also had a great balcony with a view of the ocean and pool. Overall, it was a nice stay and it is a great value for staying right on Grace Bay Beach, which is incredible. If you are looking for high-end luxury, this is not the resort to stay at, but if you're looking for a casual luxury with very nice, accomadating staff the Alexandra is the place for you. Great Vacation! I would definately stay here again!
